Criterion sale at DDD???

I just looked in my wishlist and all the Criterions are at 23.97 or 17.97. Don't see any banner about a sale so I'm not sure if this is a sale or new lower prices.

I'm seeing the same thing. Sweeter than cash! Time to stock up.

Yes, they are having a 40% off sale on Criterions!

Sale ends 3/16.

Thanks for the heads up! I wish I had some more cash to spend, but I'm going to pick up Bicycle Thieves.

Looks like it's good for preorders, too. But not Eclipse.

Edit: Or maybe just on March preorders.

Yaeh, I would maybe wait and see if DVDPlanet has a sale since sometimes they run the same promotions.

This sale plus the DVD Planet coupons makes for some pretty darn good prices on Criterion discs...

Which is really bad news for my wallet.

So what are the plusses of DVDplanet compared to DeepDiscount? I always see people waiting and I don't really know why, what's the deal?

I can definitely hold off on this sale. The difference is only $2 or so for most DVD's than DVD Planet's regular price. On a percentage basis that isn't much at all.

I always use DeepDiscount because Planet ships from California, so I have to pay sales tax if I order from them.
