Naked City isn't listed on the sale, and shows as being $31 on my computer.

Dvdplanet made a mistake at the beginning of the sale and let the preordered criterions be part of the sale including naked city.

Has the sale also been extended to 3/22 on DVDplanet to compete with DDD? I know it's still being advertised on their site right now, but I don't see an ending date anywhere like on DDD.

Good pick. I got that as well with this sale. I just finished it and I have to say I loved every minute. What a great film.

The image on DVDPlanet now says theirs is extended until 3/31.

Hard to believe what DVDPlanet puts on their site. I mean it says that orders placed before 10:30 AM using 2nd Day or Next Day Shipping WILL go out same day, yet my order for Naked City Criterion didn't go out yesterday. I called them and they said "Oops, for some reason it didn't get downloaded yesterday."

My saving is now offically depleted or simply gone (currency conversion & shipping) but now I feel free and almost complete! I purchased two more:

3 Films by Louis Malle
Elevator to the Gallows

And I might be able to buy a few more if my points are enough.

I put in a second order at DDD, but it looks like most are on backorder. Now I'm done.

Ordered :

Amarcord
Divorce Italian Style
Seduced and Abandoned
Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas

Sale was supposed to end last night at DVDPlanet, but is still going. If you haven't ordered yet, you might just have a small window left.

Prices still reflect the sale price. 40% off a 39.95 title is still 23.97, as opposed to their standard 25.76.

Even if you don't get around to picking up what you want before the sale ends, don't fret too much. If the price difference in this post is accurate, then you'll only have to pay less than $2 more per DVD, which isn't much once you consider the total price of the DVD. DVD Planet is a great place to get Criterions because they are so cheap anyway and they always have some kind of coupons if you order $60 or whatever worth.

Hmm. I was looking at Fires on the Plain (19.49), but maybe that was never part of the sale.

It was, but only briefly. I paid $17.97 for it and Burmese Harp.

If you call them about this, they can usually update your points over the phone.

Yes but it will be charged on my call plan so I will send them an email instead. Thanks for the help noirfan, I really appreciated it.
