Any help is appreciated -- thanks!
To get a printable store coupon click on one of the links for the posted member or non member coupons found in this thread. If you order at a store they should look up the item and give you the online price, and ship it to your home. Just be sure to give them the printed coupon to apply to the order when you pay.

ok, let see if I got this straight, to get the Heroes for around $27 go through this link http://forum.dvdtalk.com/showpost.ph...&postcount=138
and put Heroes in my basket, then checkout through paypal. But doesn't the paypal need to be $10 off $40 in order to get the deal?

I didn't purchase the DVD but it shows up as $41.98 before the coupon. That qualifies for the $10/40 terms. Actually to get it for the $27 price you need to have a B&N membership, or purchase through the following link to get 10% off for non members. Then during checkout choose Paypal as your method of payment before adding the coupon code. Otherwise the $10 coupon discount will not show up. The link below should also add a 10% discount off the price bringing it down to around $27. However some states may have to pay sales tax, so the total price might be higher.

Thanks to everyone for info on the various links/coupons. Even with $5.98 shipping to Canada, this is a great deal on any DVD over $40.

That's what I've been doing (so I've already used up all the printable ones). That's why I was asking about if you could use the on-line code in store if they order for you for home delivery with the on-line price. I have ordered many items for home delivery this way, but never tried using an "on-line" coupon code. Is this possible? Are they merely placing an on-line order for you in the store when I've placed all these orders up until now, or is it a different process and the on-line coupon code would not be applicable?

Thanks!

I didn't read this thread well enough because I just ordered Desperate Housewives Season 3 for $31.99 -- I couldn't figure out how to combine it with the 10% off. Oh well, it's still a savings from the price at B&Ms come next Tuesday, and BN.com's free delivery is surprisingly fast.

http://www.bn.com/nscs

gives 10% discount that becomes applied and is visible after you go into checkout mode. And at some point there is a box to put in the $10-off code which is stackable w/10%-off. taxes added but shipping is free.

I take it that you can only use this deal once since what I'm getting in my basket and it telling me "you've already used this coupon".

Thanks for the heads up. Guess they didn't want to activate them until the other ones expired. Since they are several pages back I'll repost them to make it easier to find, and included a renewal code I missed earlier.

Link to the $10 off $40 purchase through Paypal. Expires September 5.

I've had such good experiences with BN.com, but just got an email today saying they won't be able to ship my Desperate Housewives: S3 set (which I bought using the $10 off) until OCTOBER 4. That is unacceptable.

I've had similar situations, where pre-orders don't ship on release day and then I get an email with a far off estimate. It always ships much sooner, usually by the end of the week. I wouldn't worry too much (though, obviously, it's frustrating).

Yeah don't worry especially on a mass produced set like DH3, it will ship out in 3-4 days most likely. They scare me like that sometimes, but it never takes 30 days.

Bummer, the codes aren't working yet. I'm guessing they are not activating these until the current ones expire on Sep 10.
