I ordered a bunch of stuff from this sale and don't want a bunch of beat-up Target/Walmart leftovers! Shouldn't a tore have to warn you if they are selling cast-offs from other stores?

A question about the TV-3 pack (Hulk, Threes company and Game Over). Do they come individually wrapped inside? I was planning on give away or sell one or two of those titles, but wasn't sure if they were wrapped inside the shrinkwrap for the whole pack.

I opened the box and there were the seven individual parts that were packaged separately. I started opening them from the beginning and when I got to the 4th case(3rd volume again) I looked at the disc and it was the same thing. Now they're going to re-send the package and I need to mail the wrong package back.

This may have been the reason for the sale. I was told by a dvd distributor that often the sales they get are due to the studio getting stuck with a bunch of Wal-Mart returns.

tried to ordered 3rd Rock from the Sun Season 1 but not successful. First time around, they cancel it and on second attempt they cancel it saying the item is DISCONTINUED, which is curious since I don't think this item is out of print.

S2 of Sledgehammer arrived today. (I ordered S1&2) When I took the shrink wrap off the case seemed to come apart. The plastic spindles were in pieces! In DVDPlanets defense it looked fine at a quick glance but when I opened it I had shards of plastic all over my floor. I have already called for a RMA. The CS that helped me didn't want to replace it unless the DVDs were scratched. It was ridiculous! The case was completely useless but thank heaven the DVDs were okay! She finally agreed to send me a replacement and a postage paid label. Hopefully S1 will arrive in good condition. It is ironic, I have ordered from them a total of two times. The first one was a used copy of the mummy set which arrived in perfect condition. The second was this order of brand new dvds which were in a terrible condition. Hopefully S1 will arrive in good condition!

When you click on the Buy 1 Get 1 banner on the front page at DVDPlanet it no longer lists any DVDs. I tried adding two of them by searching for them, and no discount is being applied to the account. Are they taking this deal offline even though DD extended theirs?

i got a discount...so the deal is back...i put GITS 2nd gig Vol. 4 and 5 in my cart and one of them was free...but now im wanting to make another order on GCO and its saying

When will the Herzog/ Kinski set be in stock again?! I've been trying for weeks now to combine it with the Alec Guiness Collection and GCO...still nothing!
