ok, cool deals, thanks for the heads up....got an order from buy.com and dvdempire, spent 100 bucks. I bought some books I was going to get at Amazon, they were cheaper at Buy.com and with the 10 bucks off, it was a good deal, though if I spreaded them out int seperate orders, I could have saved more...all in all, three books, five dvds. This is good for dvds that Deep Discount Dvd and DvdPlanet don't carry, like New Yorker releases, and some Pathfinder releases. I got Naked Pursuit from Buy.com, and the Noah from DvdEmpire.

My first two orders arrived today -- pretty fast for media mail:
Supernatural (1st season): $25.97
Smallville (5th season): $27.03 (was gonna wait for the HD-DVD version, but this deal was too good to pass up.)

Thinking about pulling the trigger on the _Dolce Vita Collector's Edition_ through this deal. w/ 10 off, total price would be $42.98.
DDD has it for $59.38, so even during 20% off it'd be $48 or so.
Anybody found it for cheaper than $42? Anybody want to dissuade me from the set generally? Thanks for any input.

I haven't placed an order yet, but I'm about to. I notice that the google checkout is missing. I know where to look for it, because I've seen it before when I was about to place an order earlier. (I was hesitant about it then, but not now.)
The deal is supposed to extend till the end of October, but I wonder why the google checkout isn't there. Anyone else having the same probs?
