I ordered Star Wars Episodes IV through VI and The Little Mermaid PE last week. They all arrived today (in three different types of packaging) in perfect condition!

The protocol has been a bitch to go through.
Buy.com sent me the SD-version of Grand Prix instead of the HD-DVD version I ordered.
We've pretty much traded emails all weekend with nothing accomplished so far.
You can try:
1. Contacting Buy.com (via their site), but it will take at least three emails to make them understand that your item was ordered via Google Checkout (aka their Guest Checkout). Then you will go through another series of emails regarding the reasons for your return and the current state of your item.
2. Try contacting Buy.com via the Googlecheckout menu. Basically, login to Google Checkout, view your order details and then click on the "Contact Buy.com " hyperlink to send them email about the order. I have yet to get a response via this method.

Send the wrong one back, and they will send you the correct one. You don't need to waste any time on the phone, or writing emails...
So I tried the alternative methods above.

I had to return an order they filled with the wrong titles. When I tried to contact CS at Buy, their link was down for a while so I sent them an e-mail through Google checkout and shortly after that called Buy at their 24/7 number (877 780-2464). Had to wait a little while but after explaining the problem, I received a prepaid UPS return shipping label via e-mail within a couple minutes. They did respond to my Google inquiry in less than a day.

I got a wrong title too (the recruit instead of Rescue Me season 2). When I responded through google checkout, they told me I didn't order the Recruit. Well no crap.
Phoning buy.com worked, and although the guy said he would have to mail me a label via snail mail, I did recieve it via email moments later.
Seems like there is an awful lot of mixups from the buy.com wherehouse.

Received both of my orders today. The new Playtime CC came in a bubble mailer and was undamaged. The Office Complete Series came in a box and was in perfect shape. No damage and no floaters. Nice deal.

Sometimes it just takes a while to find the right combination...
"Please enter a valid phone number, digits only no hyphens." I have found that phone numbers have to be entered as just digits.
And when I do that and enter an order number I get this one:
"We could not locate this order in our system. Please note: new orders will show up within 5 minutes of placing order!"
If you are able to get this order search at Buy.com to work, consider yourself lucky. I have tried dozens of permutations, to no avail.

I tried ordering a $115 Wireless Keyboard combo using this discount and it has been cancelled on me twice. I think I am going to give up on it and just go to newegg for the combo. So far, I have placed a total of 10 orders at buy.com with this promotion. 4 of them have been cancelled but two of those cancellations shipped when I re-ordered them. I have one order I placed today pendng and the rest have shipped. (I have receieved 4 orders already)

Sweet, I just ordered JLU season 1. Unfortunately, they jacked the price of Batman Beyond Season 2 up to $38. It's a few bucks cheaper than Amazon, but I was hoping to get it for $21 as well.
