The fact that you put (Reese Witherspoon) beside Overnight Delivery instead of (Paul Rudd) saddens me. =(

Picked up:

Heaven's Prisoners(Baldwin, Hatcher) $3.99
Car 54 Where Are You(David Johansen aka Buster Poindexter, John C. McGinley, Drescher) $2.99

These were both on clearance so I don't know how available they would be. I know they are very cheesy but they are also titles that one doesn't run across very often.

I don't really know who Paul Rudd is. I bought this for Witherspoon.

Found a lone copy of Lemony Snickets ASOUE 2-disc Special Collectors Edition (WS) today. Good deal for $4.99, looks like it runs around $30 at Amazon.

I saw Lemony Snicket at Ross but I was surprised it didnt have a book in it. I bought the 2 disk years ago and it had a book of the series in addition to the disks.

Re: DVDs at Ross - Dress for Less!

I've seen CDs come out of the factory shrinkwrapped with the front insert missing, must be what happened here. If they think it's worth $3.99, they must know what's in it.

It must be "Bernie Madoff's 6 Tips For Getting Rich Quick" investment DVD (AKA Weekend With Bernie).

Re: DVDs at Ross - Dress for Less!

I saw DVDs like that at a local grocery store a few weeks back. One disc per case, no front insert but you could view the disc art and see what it was. Mostly, they were TV seasons where the discs had been separated into individual cases. Talk about a great bargain: pre-viewed and only $9.99 each!

Re: DVDs at Ross - Dress for Less!

A couple Ross stored down here just restocked the shelves with 8 LOTR: Return of the King Extended Edition and 8 The Dark Knight. The Dark Knights looks like the French version DVDs

Re: DVDs at Ross - Dress for Less!

If it has French on the cover and is Region 1, then it's from Canada.

Re: DVDs at Ross - Dress for Less!

I actually picked this version of The Dark Knight up. From what I can see, everything was just fine. The audio was in English from the get go, and the extras seemed to be normal.

The only difference being that the package had some french on it.

This is a great deal for the 2 disc version.

Re: DVDs at Ross - Dress for Less!

Yesterday I got

Sex and the City The Movie- $4.99
The Princess Bride- $4.99
Mac And Me- $4.99
Mee-Shee- $3.99

I went to two Ross stores yesterday before I found some. I didn't realize they were in the men's dept. In the past I have found a new on the Clearance aisle.

A friend of mine also found the Dark Knight. I was hoping that fine it yesterday.
