This is very good news.

(keeping my fingers crossed)

I saw one episode of this show during a free HBO preview weekend and liked it, was actually planning on renting the disks. But for $20 I'll buy it.

Ok, hoping my credit card's online system is just slow at updating. I've only had this one for less than a month.

Would have gone real nice with my $5.99 Band of Brothers and SatC sets

My order is being prepared for shipment, whatever that means. I ordered one copy about 5 minutes after the original posting.

Before it said 'prepared for shipment' did it say something else? If so, that means the order is going as planned with someone updateding it.

On the first page of this thread, didn't you say you called?

It said "order is being processed" before "being prepared for shipment."

I received my initial confirmation immediately after I ordered. I've just been checking on the website for updates. I won't feel I'll get the order until I get a tracking #.

Just got eleven of the "order inquiry" emails. Order status still says "being processed".

You guys that were lucky enough to get in on time will probably get it. This deal was also available on Suncoast's sister site, Sam Goody. I've placed a few orders with Sam Goody that were definite misprices(I remember the ET gift set for $25) in the past and they were always honored.

If I had known that, I might have ordered from there just to be different... Probably most of these orders were from Suncoast, so maybe Sam Goody would slip by...

I do remember the 2 for $32 box set bargain from June 2003. I got many X-Files and Farscape box sets in that deal. One of my best deals EVER from this forum... Suncoast did honor most of those. I think I got 3 orders fulfilled, but my 4th was cancelled...

^ Ditto.

Though if that had been known a lot of people would've probably bought two copies.

I would have posted about the Sam Goody deal, but I was late to the party. When I saw this thread, I headed over to Sam Goody because I already have an account with them. I had the set in my cart for $19.99, but the price was corrected as I was checking out.

Same here. I didn't get in on this one, but I usually use one of the sister sites. Worked for E.T. and also worked way back when to get the Sopranos Seasons 1-3 for $16. They've been good to me

They're offices are open for another 5 1/2 hours. If they don't cancel them by then we could be safe.

I hadn't seen this show, but swore to blind buy it if I could find it for under $30... looks like I missed out by an hour or two.
Good luck to those who made it!

Off-topic, I looked at their Top Sellers to see if Rome was there (I didn't see it) and Syriana is in at #3 with a price of $29. Not to be mean, but what morons are buying this at Suncoast (and making it the #3 best seller no less) for that price when it's available at Amazon and a few other places for $13 and almost everywhere else for $20 at the most? ( http://www.suncoast.com/Movies/Movie...id=WHV80772DVD )

Well, it seems like most of the stuff at Suncoast is overpriced, so some overpriced items are bound to show up in the top ten. I'm pretty sure that Rome was in the top ten earlier today. Maybe when they started cancelling orders, they removed it.
