I am passing on it. For this price, I would like a nicer dvd case instead of the regular hardshell. Plus, the second disc appears to pretty bare on bonus features.

Hank1215 04-04-06 01:57 PM

The two disc comes in a nice box, and disc two has close to 10 hours of bonus material.

Note: Don't forget MA :) Quite a few S&S here too and maybe even in VT and NH too.

Struck out at the Shelton, CT Stop & Shop. They had the 2 disc for $34.99 with $5 off when using your card. I even had them scan it to make sure. It looks like the Kong deal from last week was a mistake.:(

Don't even try the Derby Stop & Stop.... All they had for the last two weeks was FullScreen.

No kidding and there's not a Tower around here. Idaho sucks.

What he said (only in Cambridge MA).

Picked up a regular WS copy at Walmart.

matrixrok9 04-04-06 11:29 PM

Thanks Dorsalphin. Picked it up at Tower for $19 and change after the coupon and sales tax.

tonymontana313 04-04-06 11:39 PM

Maybe I'm a bit lost, but could someone kindly explain what this Tower 5 dollar coupon is about? Thanks

Hank1215 04-05-06 02:12 AM

PJ, That's the WalMart on 82nd and Powell.

lauren42088 04-05-06 04:55 AM

Has anyone got it from target with the exclusive lithograph? Does it come sealed inside the DVD?

The Target here in Virginia has the Litho included in with the 1 disk version only sealed. You have to look at the packaging to see the sticker that says Litho included.

Tony, there's a link to a survey earlier in this thread, asking your experiences with Tower. After taking the brief survey, the page takes you to a $5 coupon you can print out. It can only be used in-store(any Tower store), is good for $5 on orders of $20+, and expires 4/30/06.

It is sealed inside the DVD and is essentially a little smaller than a standard DVD insert. Nothing special if you ask me, but your appreciation may vary .... ;)

If you read the entire thread, you will find it somewhere on P.2... Search is your friend

I had a good experience picking up my 2-disc preorder at Best Buy yesterday. The sale price was $26.99 I was able to pm CC so that brought it down to $24.99 Next, the $5 deposit was deducted, making it $19.99 Then I also bought Bambi 2, so the cashier took $3 off of that. I was also able to get the dvd case for $3 Usually I get a bunch of grief with special offers and price matching, so I was pretty thrilled...

JackBurton 04-05-06 01:37 PM

Customer service told me it was either the price match or the case. So I took the price match. I'm not in desperate need of the case anyway.

Struz 04-05-06 03:02 PM

I picked up the 2-disc version for $24.99 at Costco.
