It bears repeating: Coconuts.com: Worst on line retailer. Ever.

Go back and search for the old FYE.com threads and you'll see what I mean. In my case they actually had the nerve to change prices in my order after I placed it. They never refunded my money either.
They have the lowest prices, but they are a risk.

The proof of purchase is on the sheet of paper with the specs on the back of the package, no need to cut the box. Also, there is an offer inside to send off for the box for all three EEs, it's $3.

Have the 4disc dvd packets been sealed inside of the gift box package for the previous 2 releases?
Amazon is listing a ship date of Dec. 20th on mine -- why I dont know. I will need to 'explore other options'.

The box looks like's it's green, sort of a paler color than the ROTK EE, no artwork other thank LORD OF THE RINGS and the individual movie titles on the side.
I just checked, the UPC is on the bottom of the box, so that does have to be cut.

Mine shipped from coconuts today as well. Neato. Not too worried about it taking a little longer to recieve, since i have The Ultimate Matrix set to work my way through.

How did people get away from cutting the UPC from their Star Wars box?

Still got a good price through Coconuts for this movie. Screw the rebate, sounds like it is not worth the hassle. Plus I am not going to be cutting any thing from this dvd or any of the ones I own for that matter.

This never happened. I finally called my CC company and told them to stop the transaction and dispute the charge which they're doing. Coconuts sucks. I'll never buy from them again.

Ppl think that they can always win with a chargeback investigation but that's not always the case. In the end, they are screwing the retailer cuz each chargeback investigation costs like $20 for the retailer.

Looks like Sears (Sunday, Dec 12th - Saturday, Dec 18th ad), of all places, has ROTK:EE for $19.99. It's says "Low Price" and is placed next to "Bourne Supremacy", "Spider-man 2" and "Manchurian Candidate", all listed at $19.99.

Sears.com $24.99 so maybe not $19.99

If Sears has it for $19.99 in-store, does anyone have a link to that $5 off $25 coupon? The only one I could find is a $5 off $35 coupon. Even if I had a $5 off $25 coupon, I'd still have to find something worth $5.01 in-store I wanted, and that is doubtful.
