Re: DVDTalk Comic Book Challenge Omnibus Thread

I still follow along with the challenges, though I don't post much about them. The remaining user base here probably isn't big enough anymore to support a big discussion about monthly challenges.

If you are interested in keeping them, you might be better off switching to one never-ending Challenge thread.

True, but my OCD compels me! If the subforum was busy and the monthly threads cluttered things I’d move them, but I doubt we’ll have that good fortune.

There are other comic forums of course, but most are either too large and full of gaters, or as small as our’s here. I feel like we are maybe just a few active posters away from being the perfect mix of small enough to follow everything, and enough viewpoints to cover all the major industry news.

Re: DVDTalk Comic Book Challenge Omnibus Thread

Thread posted for the 6th Holiday Comic Challenge; https://forum.dvdtalk.com/comic-book-talk/649233-6th-annual-dvdtalk-holiday-comic-book-challenge-11-24-19-01-02-20-a.html

This will probably be the last individual thread for these. Starting in 2020, I was going to start yearly threads, but perhaps we should just use this one.

Re: DVDTalk Comic Book Challenge Omnibus Thread

Year 2020 thread posted. I hope everyone has been having happy holidays. I’m in the middle of organizing my mountains of comics, so that’s been fun in a torturous sorta way. Lots of unread collections and runs that I know I’ll love, hope to make 2020 the year I make a serious dent in the unread piles.
