I'm finally getting around to reading the English translation of Koji Suzuki's RING. So far, so good. It's different enough from the movies that it's almost like reading a sequel.

I didn't know this was out, so I just ordered my copy. It should be in by Tuesday, now I have to finish what I'm reading before it arrives.

Re: What are you reading? (April 2010)

Just did a quick read of Ayn Rand's Anthem. Whoever that is around with that quote in their sig about comparing Lord of the Rings to Rand's works (ie, fantastical setting with trollish characters) was spot on.

Have also been squeezing in short stories from the Nebula Award collections from the late 60's/early 70's here and there.

Saw this author on the Craig Ferguson show, and the book sounded interesting so I got it:

Continuing on with the next one:

Only about 40 pages in, but the writing doesn't feel like Koontz -- or at least has a distinctly different feeling from the previous 2 somehow.
