Yeah, nothing. I scrolled from 12am to about 4am and all it had were watches. I wonder if they're going to hide the tvs or just load them up in the beginning.

There's an ad that says $20 off $100 or more when using your Amazon.com rewards credit card. It has a Happy Prime Day logo with it so I'm assuming that's part of it.

I think they just plain don't have any DVD/Blu deals yet, hence no category to narrow it down. The LOTR trilogy is an all day deal, so it's at the top.

This is the worst fake Black Friday EVER.

At one point, Man from U.N.C.L.E. complete series (repackage) was showing up as a LD at 1:40 PM (I assume CST since that's my time zone and I think it accounts for that now). Don't know if it will actually materialize or not.

Really, what a freaking joke. I was expecting to keep an eye out for a new tablet to go with my bundle of crazy blu-ray deals. I end up wjth absolutely neither - and observe the entire thing to be laughable gimmick. Wow, great 5% off deals on cases and cables, Amazon!

Way to go with that one single movie/TV (LOTR trilogy,.too! Sheer awesomeness - way to bilk more into "trying" Prime and then keeping it after trial's end: Now, obviously the primary reason for such a con as was "Prime Day.".

It's dismal so far, but that's not a complete list. They're adding stuff throughout the day. Whether or not that stuff will be worthwhile deals, though...

Unlike Black Friday we mostly don't know what is on sale or when. Will most likely miss deals I may be interested in as this is a work day. Amazon will be causing a great deal of frustration if they offer great deals that people miss.

Good thing I didn't stay up for this shit, I just woke up to take a piss. I did go over to Wal Mart.com and noticed that they're selling stuff at lower prices, too. I'm not familiar with their Scepter brand but they're selling a 4k for $429. It's 50% off. If I were to get into the 4k market that's a great price although the brand is not familiar to me.

That Seiki 4k TV is usually sold for about $375-$399 on Tigerdirect. I've read mostly good reviews on it.

Thank you for posting this; the $15 cards were almost sold out when I checked. Three $15 cards for the equivalent of $35 strikes me as a good deal.

So far there sure hasn't been anything much for BD fans though. I did pick up a Kindle for $49, which was a low-enough price to finally break down my resistance. (While I read a lot of books I prefer audio books from Audible.com and my local library, of which I am on the board of trustees, can get me any paper books I want for free.)

Got the gift card deal, doubt I'll even seriously look/wait on other deals.

Looks like gc's from other retailers have begun. 20% off Lane Bryant, Logan's Roadhouse in an hour, Legal Sea Foods an hour after. Though I've never heard of the last two.
