For those who appreciate Idris Elba, his thriller No Good Deed is $5 on blu. With RedCard, shipped free to my door for a total of $5.14. It should also come with digital from everything I've read. I've seen the movie personally and while its not amazing, Idris really does own the film.

Re: Target deals
If you ordered Captain America when they had the $10 gift card deal, you might want to check again. Mine was bumped down to the 2D Target exclusive. The good news is the 3D version is on sale for $22.99 now and comes with a $5 gift card, so practically the same deal in the end.

Re: Target deals
I didn't even get the $10 gift card (only $5) and my order now shows the regular version. It does oddly say "Three D" in front of the title but the case isn't the 3D version.
I reordered at the lower price point tho so it works better for me.

I don't trust that Target will lower the price of my previous order, so I also cancelled and placed a new order. Can't beat that new price.

That's a great price. If not for my Steelbook addiction I'd be all over that. But sadly after collecting the last six MCU Steelbooks from Best Buy, I'm not going to quit now in order to save $12 (even though I probably should)

Re: Target deals
I had done Best Buy steel books as well all the way up to this point but I can't get myself to spend $30 for it, no matter how nice it is. I wish they were still released at $20 like they used to be.

Re: Target deals
I also had the original Target exclusive Captain America 3D order, and also noted that the item was changed to 2D. I opened a chat, and was advised that it was a technical glitch but I should still be shipped with the 3D Target exclusive. He also noted it in the order. So I'm not cancelling my order. I liked that 2 $5 gift card that comes with it

Re: Target deals
Perhaps you didn't realize that the 3D title that is on sale for $22.99 w gc is not the Target exclusive? The 3D exclusive is still more expensive at $28.99 and with only a single gc.

Re: Target deals
That's sad. You can't admit you made a mistake in your comparison and then try to find something else to criticize. It's a technical glitz but they actually confirm that my order is for 3D. Anyway, no point in debating. Next time read before you respond to posts.

Re: Target deals
hahaha, you sir are hilarious. This is where you fucked up
Your original order wasn't for the exclusive, since Target only had one 3D listing at the time. That is why I was saying it would be easier to cancel now and re-order since it comes out to the same price as before. So even if they sent you your correct order, they would send you the regular 3D version.
I'm not saying Target was right in changing peoples orders, which is why I came here to post in the first place because I knew most people wouldn't catch it. But since you know now after checking your own order, you are clearly the type of dumb ass that will go in stores and argue that they sent you the wrong version. Don't worry though, they will probably still exchange it for you to avoid the customer service issue.
So next time you want to be an asshole, make sure you at least have your facts straight.

Matty's right, the Target exclusive 3D version came online well after the first promo with the 2 $10 giftcards was posted here. I just went ahead and canceled and reordered. Not a really big deal for me, but it was a dick move on Target's part to do that.

Re: Target deals
I don't mind rejoinders like trespoochies made. But mr. matty and the Trumps of this world think they're right all the time.
My email confirmation w the 2 gcs shows the exclusive 3D. And I would not have chatted with Target if I wasn't getting that version. He also confirmed based on my order history that I should get said version, and noted the same in the order detail. I also asked for transcript of the chat. So probably you didn't catch the promo for the exclusive when they released it.

Re: Target deals
Well this is interesting, I got my ship notice for Angry Birds 4k, which came with a $5 giftcard. This is the first giftcard I've gotten an email with the code for. Every giftcard before has been a physical one shipped. I hope they start doing emails from now on.

Thanks for the heads-up. Was able to order it just now and get the $5 e-GC as well.

Doesn't matter in the least. They just take $5 off your purchase. Used to be you had to return your giftcard to get the full money back. Now I guess you'll just not be able to get a full refund any more.

(I checked my e-mails because of the revision, and have an e-mail from June 5th with the non-exclusive text with exclusive-sticker-picture pre-ordered at $27.99.)
Weird all round..

Re: Target deals
I really wonder what people will end up getting from Target. I cancelled my 3D pre-order that was changed to the Target Exclusive 2D and reordered the 3D at $22.99 plus e-gift card. It would not surprise me one bit if I end up receiving the 2D version.
I've been tempted to order Secret Life Of Pets with the $5 e-gift card, but .... naaaaaaaaaaaaaah, no thanks!
CA:CW will be my last order using my soon to be cancelled Red Card.
