Amazon changed the time on the LD for Monsters University to 10:50AM EST...I'm really glad I made sure I was awake to get this for them to just change the time.

I picked up the MU with digital copy. It was supposed to be 12.96 but was only 10.96.

Yep, I started refreshing the page right on time and it kept showing $16.99 for the price for a couple minutes no matter what I did. Finally it came up with the $9.96 price and I was 500+ on the waiting list. Ridiculous.

EVERYTHING today has been crazy. The LEGO deals seem to be sold out in under a second... how can anyone get them that fast - let alone everyone... :(

The lightning calendar just like it did with the two movies I got yesterday. Skyfall had the same issue but backing out and trying again worked. Monsters U stayed at $18 something the entire time.

This, a thousand times this. The LD page has a clock countdown and everything. I would never try to snag a LD from the product page. I've never lost out on a LD I wanted, including Monsters University.

Got Monsters University (BD/DVD version) after being wait listed.

I actually clicked on the deal right when it started and was pissed I didn't get it. I had no hope that I would actually get it after being wait listed, but fortunately I did!

Success with DJango yesterday and Monsters U today.

I bought Pacific Rim yesterday morning for 7.99, then got in on the Lightning Deal and was able to cancel that part of my order even though it was being prepared for shipping. :up:

Also caved for Star Trek ID at 7.99, and got the Now You See Me LD for 9.99, but now it looks like it's at that price anyway.

Missed the Django LD but now it appears to be 9.00. Haven't caved yet.

I actually got on the MU Combo Wait List twice, just to see how long it was.. it was over 500 people both times. I still got the chance to add it to my cart and get the deal.

If you got on the wait list early or even 10 minutes ago, youre good.

Ha, I was able to get Monsters U for $10.96 and both of the Game of Thrones at $20. Had to set up two tabs for Thrones, but well worth it :). I think I only have one more title to get today, and then peace out! :)

Don't know.. but, it will suddenly prompt you to add the deal to your cart with a countdown meter that is no longer than 3 minutes.

Once you do that, you have 15 minutes to make the purchase.

I joined the waitlist for the BD/DVD combo of MU long after it was "sold out" and was still able to get it. It said there 500+ but after only 5 minutes or so I received the offer.

I already have Game of Thrones, but I put Walking Dead S3 in my cart despite getting distracted and not checking the deal till 8:28. I've already seen the season though so am debating whether I really need it for 19.99. I liked the first half of the season quite a bit but don't anticipate rewatching it a lot.

click on item.. it opens us product page but it still shows full $....
big bang s6 last night had to refresh 2 more times barly got it
