Be wary if you buy one of the Cinemanow special Blu Rays. The lady at customer service rang it up and hit decline without asking me about the Cinemanow code. I had to point out to her that I did want the code with it and she had to re-ring it up and and accept the free code.

I wish they would post a complete list of sale movies. They had a lot more on sale than in the ad but most I had already.

I traded in blockbuster previously viewed blurays before in those DVD cases they come in. HD-DVDs were also accepted in there regular cases. I think it depends on the rep, today they didn't even bother to check my submissions for discs inside.

I have spent MUCH more than I thought I would. The only saving grace is the Steelbooks and Jaws were purchased in November for 9.99, so they were return/rebuys.
Most of the triple packs contain one movie I already own, most of the sealed. So I will be able to sell those dups.

Strongly agree with the bolded part. The woman that took my trade-ins and rang me up took the 3 dvds I was trading and just threw them in a box behind her without opening the case. It really does depend on how fickle someone is going to be about the program.

I grabbed Jaws, Amadeus, and the Kubrick triple feature for $5 each (after coupon). They didn't even have stock on several that were advertised. :(

How'd you manage Jaws for $5? It's on the website at $17.99, and I believe it was stickered at that price when I was at the store today. I'll totally pick that up tomorrow if it's ringing up $9.99 before the U&S.

There were reports of people finding it at $9.99 around Christmas and it was stickered $9.99. I guess there were a few left.
It rang up as Horror - BD - Jaws - $5.00 Pack Disc... whatever that means.

Why the heck would you want to trade in BD's?

You know they are sending these to be ground up, destroyed and recycled?

Do you not have anymore DVDs you don't need?

Are they are just absolute crap BDs that are worthless and you really want to get rid of them?

There are simply some Blu-rays you cannot get $5 net profit for used, either on eBay, Amazon Trade-In, craigslist, or in the forums (especially after shipping).

I unfortunately am presently stuck with a few Mel Brooks BD's after biting on the set for a very low price that I'd be happy to be able to net $5 for, but cannot.

Picked the blu rays up at dollar tree (they had no dvds) for $1 then traded then in for $5 2 hours later. Quick $40 savings.
