Too bad there weren't more titles on sale. I agree with a few others, these $15 titles add up VERY quickly. But I got some of my most favorites, so I'm not complaining. Much.

In for Strike Back.

Extra incentive to cancel cable now now that I have both seasons on blu to watch.

Return of the Living Dead is $6.96. It's out of stock now, but that's the best price amazon has had it. Too bad I finally bought it a few days ago for a couple of dollars more.

Best Buy has Cinemax's other series, the slightly more dark and eccentric "Banshee: Season One" for 25.99 this week.

Great price for an item with a list price over $25 and practically a new release.

Back to $9.99 apparently.

Not a peep about Vikings. Bad show? Bad price? Both?

It's a good show with a solid mix of action and drama. The worst thing about it is that the season finale feels like just another episode in the middle of a longer season.

Bought both week of release, and have watched only three episodes of Strike Back, but I like supporting both shows so I don't mind.

Agreed. I think it's still worth checking out -- I liked it. It was renewed for season 2 set to air in 2014.

The version that aired on History channel was basically a cut PG-13 version.

It aired uncut in several international territories. Someone confirmed on another site that some nudity is indeed on the new BD.

It's a really short season at only 9 episodes. I missed the last couple of episodes, so I think I will pick it up and watch it before season 2 airs next summer.

Saw a clip from Vikings a while back that showed a blond woman walking out of a shack completely naked. She sort of looked like circa 2005 Britney Spears.

Interesting "Fringe" shows as "item under review" and not available for sale thru Amazon.

Say what?

the version available in France featured frontal nudity from some blonde chick. german version had lower blurred, US TV version had her wearing clothes i think.

there was hope the blu would be uncut version. search online, and you can probably find caps of Helga Blondebush

No luck with that, but I think "Helga full frontal Vikings" is what you are referring to.

Found it, looks nice but very unrealistic. I doubt that women trimmed their pubes back then.

Helga Blondebush sounds like a James Bond villainess. This thread is a little off but it's making me laugh. I've been meaning to watch the Vikings show and this is a good reminder to give it a try.

I think the Blu-ray does contain the nude scenes. I received my Vikings BD set from Amazon last night and there's a sticker on the front that says "Contains 9 Unrated Episodes" and the Blu-ray.com review posted today says this about the episodes:

Each episode offers an option between the version shown on The History Channel (which includes "previously on" recaps) and the so-called "extended version". The extended versions appears to be the uncensored episodes shown in Europe, featuring alternative takes with more explicit nudity and gore.
