Assume that all of these are available to all customers unless specifically listed as member only like the Welcome Package. Also remember that any preliminary codes are just that and BN could pull it, change the details or exclusions anything prior to release so always a bit of YMMV until the final release date

Shout! Factory living up to its name. Everyone yelling at them to get releases proper with these kinds of prices, and still it's up to those outside the company to find the errors. 
I bettershoot Shout! them an email. I'm assuming the edition I get hasn't been updated.

Honestly you're blowing the issue out of proportion. Shout generally doesn't have a lot of these issues. The only other recent instance I can think of with an audio error like this is The Curse of Michael Myers and even that was more on them not getting the right source material from Anchor Bay. Their releases aren't always perfect as far as transfers and audio go but in general they provide better releases for older films that a lot of other studios would half ass.

Well, these aren't cheap releases like I've said before. The bar is higher when I deal with those who want more $$$ for their releases. As a consumer, I want more, too. We're talking about AoD, which is an instant cash cow, getting the usual fans to buy it. If I was doing the QC, I'd have made sure the release was given extra attention.
