And thanks, Lizard, as always for posting the deals when this web site seems to have less and less traffic. I don't recall seeing any similar thread on Blu-ray.com, though I think they have a web page which lists the latest Amazon price drops, but it includes a lot of junk I don't have time to go through. |

So I make a note of it and figure it'll be $5 or less again someday. If I had Prime, I'd definitely get it though. (And for others who suggest I pay $79 for Prime, I don't buy enough from Amazon to justify it. I've done the calculations. I'd be better off paying the shipping on each, but as a deal hunter I'm too cheap to pay shipping.)
Another approach is to simply buy stock items through Amazon for the 20.01 balance. There are many grocery items etc. that are eligible for prime shipping and if the price is right - can be used to leverage spot purchases by adding items you know you need anyway. |
Just Another Day $7.99
American Pie (Blu-ray/DVD Combo + Digital Copy) $7.99 The Ides of March $7.99 Mutants $9.49 Bigfoot $9.89 Russell Mulcahy's Tale of the Mummy / Beneath Loch Ness $12.26 Lara Croft: Tomb Raider / Aeon Flux Two-Pack $14.75 |

The problems I see are: (1) Target's BD inventory is pretty microscopic and I doubt Target will carry much of what I'd like to match at Amazon and (2) Amazon's prices are so hyper-volatile that by the time I leave my house and reach a Target store the price could've easily shot up some ridiculous amount. |

Awesome price for Fort Apache but now I'm measuring awesomeness vs physical clutter and not being tempted so much :(

re: Amazon discounts and deals on Blu-ray
Best Buy had that price on FORT APACHE a couple of weeks ago. Once more Amazon plays catch up.

Shipping prices were not even mentioned on the 2 price matches I did in December, so I would say most likely not.

Your Highness isn't awesome by any means, but for that price, I think it's worth it just for the extras (and Natalie in a thong). Ordered! Thanks, Lizard!
