I will get the Matrix Blu-ray for $3.96

I had it saved from Cinemax on the DVR but if it is that cheap I could just buy it.

I hope the James Bond and Indiana Jones gold box deals start at 12am since I am awake during that time on a Saturday.

Will there be a sale on the Kindle Fire HD or is $199 a fixed price all year long?

It's been over $40 since it was announced, but I'm sure it'll drop below $24 someday. I was hoping for a good BF price, and this'll do. I kept hitting refresh, and the sale price showed up at 3:21, and 26% was gone. Also bought the Steve Martin set.

This lighting deal thing is starting to piss me off. The second time now I am waiting for the "Add to cart" button to show up and it never does; I click off the screen then have to come back and then I see the "Join Waitlist" button. WTF? Bah!

I could've sworn I saw the Sherlock Holmes BR set listed to drop to $35 on Saturday (since I wrote out all the times and prices of the things I was interested in at the beginning of the week). Now the lightening sale price is $57 (which is a few dollars more than its current "regular" price).

Is this just an Amazon error, or is this type of pricing silliness typical?

And now it's back to showing $35 for me too. I swear I was NOT seeing things!

Holy Crap, Brave went instantly! I clicked the moment the button appeared and while it was checking availability, it went 19% then 57% than 84% claimed before refreshing and telling me I was over 500th on the Wait List. All in about 50 seconds. Yeesh. How long do I have to sit and wait for my chance to buy, if it comes?

Clicked on Brave immediately and ended up on the wait-list.

Yeah, what the hell is this? How can I be waitlisted the second the deal starts?

Same here. I clicked as soon as the button appreared. Went from 33% to %55 & then I'm on the wait lists. I can imagine what is going to happen with the Indiana Jones Box set.

Have to admit I feel a little better about being wait listed now. I used my iPhone and it didn't switch to add to cart immediately, I had to refresh. I'm currently wait listed. Guess I'll be trying on Monday.

Yeah, Brave, by the time my screen refreshed it was 100% claimed :(

Got Brave. Ordered on my phone since dinner is being set up and I had to put the laptop away. Was waiting for the add to cart button to show up, but it didn't. I went to the product page and it let me add it to the cart. Kids will be happy.

When, if ever, do they tell you whether you can get a copy from the wait list? I've got stuff to do and can't be sitting here all afternoon waiting for a pop-up telling me I've got 3 minutes to buy it. This is the first time I've ever been iced out on a Lightning Deal. It's appalling because I was poised to click the second the button appeared, too. This is almost as bad as Google's total botching of the Nexus 4 launch last week.

I was able to get Brave. But I got 0-second waitlisted on something else yesterday. It's a gamble.

It's around 15 minutes.

When you get in on the deal, they give you 15 minutes to checkout. So the waitlist people will be notified around 15 minutes after it's 100% claimed. Then they'll give the selected waitlisters 15 minutes to buy it.

If you really want it, it's worth waiting (unless you're 500th in line). I've gotten some waitlist stuff in the past.

Well, it's been 45 minutes without anything that I've seen and I've got to get going. If I catch it, I catch it. Otherwise, whatever.

Brave is 8.96 right now at Wal-Mart. There is a DMR coupon that lets you buy 2 and get 6.00 off. So 12 for 2.

I had Brave in my cart within a second after it was on sale. I thought I was already logged in. After a couple more seconds of logging in, it was already gone. :(

It looks like they've added some deals. I don't remember Dexter Season 1-5 being on the original calendar.

True but I'm trying to avoid Walmart if possible =/ I'll probably end up trying to get Brave on Monday.

^You're probably too late for WM anyway. Most stores seemed to have sold out by 7pm yesterday due to the Thanksgiving 8pm sale prices ringing up all day.

Got in on the Iron Man Lightning Deal, but in checking my invoiced email & Amazon account I was charged the regular price of $14.99!! A quick call to Amazon's Customer Service rectified that situation, but now I got to double-check myself the next time I get in on one one of these LD's.

Recommend you guys also double-check your LD orders!

I was at two WMs last night. Hardly anyone there. They came early and moved on. Really surprising. One store had nothing left, another had a lot of movies and games left. Glad I ventured out.
