[b ]This is how you bold something[/b ] - except take out the spaces after the "b" on both sides. Use the "i" when you want it in italics.

I couldn't find An Innocent Man or Disorganized Crime at any Dollar Trees. I have all other titles available, so I don't feel too bad paying $5 a piece on Amazon since I got the rest for $1 each. It's not worth my time or gas over $8. I usually end up buying a few things anyway after going into a Dollar Tree just to find out they don't have blu rays or the titles I'm looking for.

I finally found Disorganized Crime and some Dvd's. I've seen only 1 copy at 5 stores. I'm still missing 3 like Gross Anatomy and Marrying man.

Went to 2 dt's today, Howell ave. and st. Francis off Layton ave, each had 30 or 40 left. To me it looked like these were put out yesterday or today.

Found and bought:
Scenes from a mall
Consenting adults
Play it to the bone - harrelson & banderas
Baby: secret of the lost legend - katt & young(for the kids)

DVD:
Superman returns - widescreen
I spy - a runaway robot(Ftk)

I went to a differrent Dollar Tree today still searching for Baby - Secret Of The Lost Legend. (This makes 5 or 6 locations so far - different cities). No one has it.

I may just forget it and order from Amazon. Cashier today said there would not be any more titles to come?

Finally got around to going to my local Dollar Tree. They had them on a shelf near one of the registers. I picked up Scenes from a Mall, Play it to the Bone, and Consenting Adults.

They didn't have Baby - Secret of the Lost Legend, which is the only other title I'm interested in for $1.

Went back to the San Rafael, CA store yesterday to pick up the Ernest BDs for a friend who wanted them.

They are still very well stocked on titles, though I didn't see much of Ernest Scared Stupid.

Clifton NJ had a good selection the other day in the aisle with the electronic gadgets. Saw pretty much every BluRay title mentioned except for Disorganized Crime & the Ernest movies.
I grabbed:

If someone can find me Disorganized Crime I have Ernest Goes To Jail and Ernest Goes To Camp and also The Baby Movie With Sean Young And William Katt for Trade as well... If anyone can find me a Nice Mint Copy of Disorganized Crime I would be willing to trade for one that I have extra of.

I found copies today of Ernest Goes To Jail and Ernest Scared Stupid at a store that definitely didn't have any copies last week. Not sure if the store got more stock in or hadn't put out all of its stock to begin with.

I visited another DT and there was very little left there.

One of the local DTs is doing something no other is doing...

They have a few racks near one register and they keep the racks full with the DVDs and keep filling it up when it gets low...

This way, they are putting out their stock slowly instead of dumping them out all at once...

Interesting idea...

They have no extras - but what do you want for a buck :)

Hmm- more of the same. Won't buy Money for Nothing even for a buck cause it's cropped from 2.35, and War At Home should have a 5.1 track but doesn't. Most of these are good for the price, but Mill Creek seriously screwed up a few of them- Camp Nowhere is in fucking MONO!

The Gun In Betty Lou's Handbag is actually a pretty good screwball comedy. And look a who's in the cast: Penelope Ann Miller, Cathy Moriarty, Stanley Tucci, Alfre Woodard, and pre-star Julianne Moore. Not a great movie, but for a buck it's worth getting.

I second the recommendation of the Gun in Betty Lou's Handbag. It's kind of a "lost" Allan Moyle movie between Pump Up the Volume and Empire Records. Both those movies have some decent sized cult appeal, but for some reason everyone skips over Gun.

Whatever happened to Penelope Anne Miller? She was everywhere in the late 80s/early 90s. I'll also add a recommendation for this movie. For a buck it's a no brainer.

One of my stores had a sign for this deal hanging, and they said everything sold out already...
Another location said they know nothing about this, and don't have any DVD's. So I dunno...

Hit 4 Dollar Trees on the way home tonight and found a lot of the stuff listed above except for Upside Down which is the only one I really really wanted.

May expand the search tomorrow for Upside Down but I'm pretty sure it's gone by now.

Stopped this afternoon at the store in my hood, but no blu rays yet. Misc. DVDs, though, incl. Rampart. So I picked it up. A bird in the hand, as they say.

If these are Walmart cast offs then Upside Down possibly has one. I have the movie (not from Dollar Tree unfortunately) and it came with a code. Same with Paperboy.

Stopped by my Dollar tree. Looks like a hurricane hit the DVD section but I managed to find some new DVD as well as a few Blu Rays. They had tons of Trespass and a couple Bernie. I picked up Once Fallen and A Little Bit of Heaven. I almost bought the Little Bit of Heaven DVD there before. Glad I waited.

Stopped at 2 different stores while out of town and didn't see anything. Asked a lady if they had any DVDs/BDs and she said it's an item of the week starting tomorrow and that stores should have them out then. Made it seem obvious that this location had some tucked away somewhere. I told her I lived over an hour away, but she had no sympathy for me. :( Guess I'll check my closest store in the morning.

I bought Upside Down at Target and it didn't have any 'digital copy' with it. My copy of The Paperboy doesn't either; there were 2 Blu-Ray editions of that BTW, one with just a Blu-Ray and the other also with a regular DVD.

The other poster was asking about Vudu copies.
Vudu copies only come with Walmart editions. They are a walmart owned company. Oddly enough I've seen the rare Walmart exclusive at Target, Fry's and Best Buy before. Also at closeout stores like Big Lots and $ tree.

Stopped by my local store this morning and was told they'd have some delivered tomorrow to be set up for Sunday. Called another store 20 minutes away and was told the same thing. It's a good thing I still enjoy the hunt when it comes to collecting. I'm going to an awful lot of trouble for some stuff that I may have just a marginal interest in having. :)
