Actually I don't get too upset by a small drop (here we're talking about 10%), but when The Godfather set hits $19.99 or $14.99 then I'll be more upset, especially if I still haven't opened it. It'll feel more "worth it" once I watch it, but too many other movies are higher on my "to watch" list.

Battlestar Galactica: The Complete Series (with Collectible Cylon) $115.99

I've never seen an episode of Battlestar Galactica and am not one for modern sci-fi, but at that price I may check it out. I can probably re-sell it for a similar price down the line.

Edit: Apparently, this set is missing the full-length film The Plan, and suffers from shoddy packaging? As I'd only be interested in a complete, comprehensive set, I may pass, and wait for the newer, properly packaged set to drop to a similar price.

The Plan is not a direct part of the series, and will probably never be packaged completely together with Battlestar Galactica. It's almost an afterthought

Yes, it's over-priced cardboard. I've had Amazon boxes last longer. And look better. I'd buy the series absent the extra Cylon cardboard.

Right, and I guess that's the set I should be waiting for a price drop on. If I'm investing that much in a blind buy, I want it to be all-inclusive.

I was able to get it for $95 around Christmas, so I'm sure another deal will pop up. You can get every season plus The Plan for $85 from Walmart right now. The only thing you'd miss out on is the outer box that comes with the complete set.

The cardboard isn't nearly as bad as most people say. I've had mine since the set came out and it looks pristine and I've watched the serieis probably three times now.

I understand about being complete...but personally, since I watched The Plan, I've never wanted to see it again. It was a poorly constructed afterthought of the show, but I guess you still might want to check it out. The set is definitely worth it though.

Exchanged my cardboard set as soon as they gave us the chance. Not only is it too big the individual seasons are in cheap cardboard sleeves.

I did enjoy The Plan. It's not something I'd watch repeatedly but if you're watching the whole series I think does have a place.

Tom Cruise collection is interesting since I have none of those on BD and am even missing a couple on DVD.
