Re: Bambi - $10 off Blu-Ray coupon

Well, I ended up cancelling my Amazon preorder before it shipped. When the price originally dropped $5 it didn't change at first and I emailed them. They gave me a $5 credit on my account and then literally hours later my preorder dropped $5 It never dropped to $12.99 though before I cancelled. Strange thing though was that I was refunded $17.99! So, I guess I am up $8 so far. I will use the stop & shop ad for $19.99 and PM it at Target and get it for $8.99 after coupon and redcard discount. So, about 99 cents for me

Re: Bambi - $10 off Blu-Ray coupon

Dumb question: Was Amazon offering $10 off just Bambi or was it always the current promo of order Bambi and another title and get $10 off?

Re: Bambi - $10 off Blu-Ray coupon

^ Initially it was $10 off just Bambi to offset the $10 b&m coupon, but later they added $10 off when you bought other select Disney titles.

Re: Bambi - $10 off Blu-Ray coupon

Fry's might have a deal on this. Even though their local sale price is $26.99, they will price match local ads (BB, TG) +10%. Question is whether they would take the coupon on top of that. The BB ad shows the price w/coupon so they should.

$12.99 (w/coupon) - 10% = $11.69 (+tax) or
$22.99 (+tax) -10% - $10 (coupon) (a little cheaper this way)

Anyone have experiences with Disney coupons at Frys?

I think the coupon printer is associated to the computer/OS you're printing from and doesn't care whose DMR account the coupon comes from, so I think you can only print each coupon twice on a particular computer/OS. If you have multiple OSes on 1 computer, I think you can print 2 on each. I never need to print more than 2 (unless my printer screws up which is rare), so I haven't tried. That's just what I've heard about the coupon printer software.

On top of that I think Disney limits you to 2 prints per DMR account.

I just printed 2 on the same Pc and same dmr account.
Btw I just got it for free using the process in my previous post
At Giant. Only trouble was it rings up at $26.99 so I had to point out the price
In the add to get the $19.99 before discounts.

I think the $10 discount they are talking about is the $10 DMR coupon. I haven't looked a that website, but other stores are doing the same thing - sending you to their website to get the $10 DMR coupon.

This week's Best Buy ad is the one you need to hold onto whenever other Disney titles come out and they try to give you the line "Oh, we don't take those coupons." No excuses this week for them with Bambi

I am keeping mine as well. However, get ready for "Oh, that was just for Bambi."

Re: Bambi - $10 off Blu-Ray coupon

Nope. The link that giant provides in that add is a link to their own
giant rewards card. At the link you click a box that puts the discount right onto your card.
When you buy the movie, and have them scan your card it
takes $10 off the total.
this rings it down to $16.99.
Then she scanned the dmr and another $10 comes off.

I'll scan the receipt and post it in a minute.

btw they only carry the dvd version w/ blu-ray.

That's a pretty sweet deal. Even without the other $10 discount, I wish I had a Giant next to me, but if they only have the DVD case, then that would be a bummer as I would rather have the blu-ray case. I guess you could always try to take it to Wal-mart and trade it. I did that with one of the Toy Story blu-rays when I pre-ordered the blu-ray version at TRU and they said they didn't have any (even though I'm sure I saw them in the box they pulled them from).

i printed one from my main pc-vista,on 1 dmr account in ie. it would not install on firefox. i tried to print 1 from my laptop-win7 with the other dmr account it said i already printed, that was with both ie and firefox. thats 2 different computer same network(dsl) same printer. it seems like it limits you to 1 per printer or 1 per network-ip? (or 2 printed)
