I was able to pick this up today. I put in the DPCI number and it said it was in stock in aisle F33. Since half of the shelves don't have placard with the aisle letter and number on it anyways, I just walked over to the main BD aisle and there it was, sitting between Hot Tub Time Machine and Due Date. Picked up 1 of the 2 copies, walked up to the front with my coupon, gave both to the cashier, paid and walked out. Easy, peasy, Japaneasy.

Sent my wife with the coupon, I told her she would probably have to find a employee to get it out of the back. 30 min later she came home with the blu and my soda!

I can't believe this is so difficult to find, I sent my wife on Wednesday to our store down the street in Northridge and they said it was not even in the system, I decided to go to our West Hills store this morning but decided to call first, after I verified online that they should have it in stock, then I called them and they could not find it in their system even with the code. So I called the Woodland Hills store which also showed it in stock and surprise surprise they had one in stock but said it was a discontinued item... They are holding a copy for me and I will pick it up today.

Thanks much to the OP on this one...finally found a Target that had it in stock, but as it looks like for most other Targets you need that DCPI number, as it is in the warehouse/backroom. Glad to get this one, but still find it peculiar that a item on sale, of a multi-Oscar winning movie, not to mention, an almost brand new release is stuffed in the back, when they have some of the flat out 'dregs of blu' clogging up the shelves. ODD.

Sorry to bump this thread. Fred Meyer (NW chain, part of Kroger) has Dances with Wolves BD for 50% off their normal selling price of $24.99. Fortunately I still had my $5 coupon (mine expires 3/12), so it brought the final price down to $7.49.
It was on a display marked "50% off FOX movies". I was in a hurry so I didn't get a chance to check out any other titles. I think the sale ends this Saturday.
