I am curious to see when people get these sets (I ordered one too) because on another forum that I visit people have been talking about the UK mail being horribly delayed. US buyers who purchased items from Amazon UK at the beginning of November have claimed that they still have not received their goods.

I'm still waiting for an order from late November.

Could be because of the snow storms in Europe, there was a note on
the order page that there were delays due to the weather..

My copy of Alien Anth. dispatched out on the 19th - so only a few days ago, with a delivery date of Jan. 12th. I don't really expect it until then.

I had ordered a copy of Battlestar Galactica Complete Series that shipped out on November 29th and I received the other day (Dec. 20th). With the mail service from Amazon UK, there is no way to track packages to the US (going ground)...however, I found it impressive that they had the estimated delivery date of Dec. 20th, and wallah!

That was awesome. Creepy, but awesome.

I ordered mine on 12/14/10 with a delivery estimate of jan 7th but have not recieved it yet,anyone get thiers yet?

I'm still waiting for mine as well. Almost all my Amazon UK orders arrive within 10 days of dispatch...but you can't open a missing package case until a month after shipping (so after 1/13/11 I can formally notify Amazon UK my package is missing in transit). Kind of weird several other people here are reporting not getting theirs...

I ordered my copy on 12/15 and received it on 12/31. Dunno if that helps anyone but two weeks is pretty standard for them to get something to me IIRC.

I ordered on 12/15 and had an estimated delivery date of 1/10 (yesterday) and it didn't come today either. Drat.

Same here dispatched on 12/15 and estimated delivery date was yesterday. I will wait till 01/15 and if it does not show by then I will contact them. My Harry Potter BD Box set took 17 days to arrive.

Mine supposedly dispatched on 12/13, estimated delivery 1/6. still haven't received it.

Ordered on the 15th, but it's still no show.

Mine dispatched on 12/17 with an ETA of 1/11. Guess I shouldn't hold my breath, huh?

Mine dispatched on 12/15 with an estimated delivery of 01/10 but it only took a week to get here. I got it on 12/22.

Note that COSTCO (here in Canada) now has this for $49

This is my predicament also. Normally, it takes just over a week to get to me.

While I got my Alien set rather quickly I've had two other orders from the UK overly delayed. Generally, it seems like they give a good three weeks or so in their estimates but I would get them in about a week and a half.

I do recall their website referencing weather delays when I made orders in early December. I had one of the orders scheduled for delivery for a week ago that just came in today. I say be patient and give them an extra two weeks before contacting them for a re-shipment.

Estimated delivery was yesterday but nothing in the mailbox. Did receive the other single BD that was ordered on the same day over a week ago. Maybe today.

I forgot about their weather. I was talking to my neighbor this morning and she was in the UK for Christmas. They got hammered the week before Christmas with snow. I'm sure that has contributed to the delays.

Ordered mine on the 17th and nothing yet. I'm sure it's locked away in a giant warehouse like the Ark, never to be seen again.

Weather on their end and here (Atlanta) as well. No mail on Sunday + three straight non-delivery days due to ice. I'll never see this thing, lol.

My copy took just over 1.5 months to arrive(ordered Nov. 16th and got it Jan. 4th) which is well beyond the norm for orders I placed a while back(usually 2 weeks max). I'm currently waiting on another movie that I ordered on Dec. 5th that was supposed to arrive back on Dec. 29th. Going by the Alien set I'm almost not expecting to see that order until sometime in Feb.

Well, I see I'm not alone in still waiting on this set.
