It looks like I am not the only one that had an Austin Powers set ship today... Mine will be here tomorrow along with my Home Alone Collection, which wasn't supposed to ship until the 21st..

I got notices for Austin Powers and That's Entertainment, both should arrive tomorrow.

Yeah, they bumped up the shipping date to my surprise. I gotta say though, I absolutely don't mind!

Mine are going to arrive on Thursday. Which is excellent, as It's just in time for my break starting and I can actually check these out soon.

This was such an awesome deal. I'm still in shock we got this set for less than $10 shipped. Definitely was about the price I wanted to pay for these films though, I've always enjoyed them, but they aren't favorites. So on that level they actually were smart to sell it at that kind of low price point.

By the way, I firmly apologize for making a trillion posts in here in a row. I just now finally decided to start using the multiple-quote feature. It looks like I need to with so many people to respond to.

Austin Powers shipped yesterday.

I had my Ocean's Trilogy cancelled on me. When I called and enquired, it turns out they send you a notice about a delay in shipping and give you 24hrs. to notify them that you will wait until it's in stock. I didn't get such a notice...until I looked in my spam folder. Why the heck hotmail would send ONLY that one to the sapm box and all others to my infolder is beyond me (the cancellation notice went to the inbox).

The 1st CS wouldn't help and we ended up getting 'disconnected' when I asked, politely, to speak with a supervisor. The 2nd CS was VERY helpful. She agreed it was a great price. She couldn't put the order in because she said it would be automatically cancelled, but she put a large note in my file explaining that I will be calling back when the item is in stock, and that the price should be adjusted. We'll see.

UPS delivered my Austin Powers set today. I didn't received a shipping notice for it, so it was a nice surprise considering all the cancellation notices people had been getting.

Got the Ocean's Trilogy today...just waiting on the Life set.

Got my 'Life' set in the mail too. Had to open it to make sure they sent the right one because I wouldn't have put it past them to screw it up.

I wouldn't believe a damn thing their CS reps tell you. I doubt they put a note anywhere. They just wanted to get you off the phone, so told you what you wanted to hear. B&N.com customer service is one of the WORST in the world.
