What the hell? Either the cancellation option on the order status page doesn't work, or they take forever to actually do anything. I canceled Zombieland through there early this morning and the status still hasn't changed from "processing" nor have I received an email to confirm it's done. I guess I shouldn't be surprised since it never even showed up as backordered on there. Piece of shit site. I suppose I'll have to call them when they open in the morning.

I had orders that I accidentally paid for with an expired card and they adjusted the expiration date to the next year and it went through. I'm not complaining as I wanted the movies but it was quite odd for them to do that.

Any time I've had a really long shipment, waiting until after 3 weeks has passed is advisable before contact DD. Otherwise they'll just tell you to wait that long or so anyway.

Ordered a box set ,plus 2 DVD's on Oct. 22 from Second Spin using their new Free Shipping and I just received it !!!!!!!!!
6 days to get to me .......while I am still waiting for my Oct. 8th order ,one little blu ray from DD......
actually I am wrong I ordered it on the 22nd and they shipped it on the 25th and since most of the posters on this forum say that you count the next day then it was 2 days shipping !!!!

That's the first shipment notice this thread has seen for a little while! Fingers crossed... Never had a wait like this with DD before, but it seems too complex to figure out and cancel with all of these partially shipped and partially charged orders. I know they take awhile, so if this all pulls through correctly, I suppose I wouldn't have any qualms doing it again.

Made my order on Sept 3 and paid with Paypal. A few hours later, I noticed that the shipping address was wrong in 2 of my 3 orders on the confirmation notice, which I don't know how it happened. I called customer service the next morning to get it corrected. They said that they had to cancel the two undeliverable Paypal orders so I reordered on the phone using a credit card and gave them the correct mailing address. They didn't make the change in shipping address as I requested and mailed it out to the undeliverable one from the canceled Paypal order which was consequently returned to them as undeliverable. I was not notified but they credited my credit card. Very disappointed.

I made two orders: one with a visitor account using Paypal and one with my DD member account (using a credit card). My visitor account purchase has shipped nearly all BD's and just received another charge on my Paypal account, so something else should be arriving in the mail soon. My purchase made through my DD member account (which was one day earlier BTW) has not had a single item ship yet. I don't get it.

I just got home, and to my surprise, I received my first blu-rays from DD.
Close encounter of third kind and Final Fantasy.
And I didn't even receive shipping confirmation for these.
I still have 6 blu-rays that haven't shipped yet. Hope I will get another surprise on my door soon.

Like animefan, I received a Blu-ray (The Craft) in the mail today from an order on 10/7 without receiving any kind of shipping confirmation. Hopefully, DeepDiscount rolls out my others soon.
