I think I saw someone mention Stargate being on-sale??

So, to be clear, do you have to go to Guest Services to price match? There are several movies I want to get, and I'm a little leary about pushing my luck pricematching several items and using multiple coupons in one transaction. If I could go to the registers, I would just go from register to register. Guest Services would only have the same person working, so I couldn't do that. There is another Target on the other side of town, but I'm not sure if I'm going to be over that way or not, plus that would only give me two.

When I purchased Transformers (and price-matched Best Buy), the cashier was able to adjust the price.

It may be a store-by-store policy. I decided to call and they said I had to bring the item to Guest Services. I called the other store and they said I could do it at the register. Strange. Maybe the first store was confused as the second store was asking me if I had already purchased the item. So it's possible that the first store thought I was post-price matching. I would just go to the other store, but it's way out of my way.

I went to Guest Services and was fine. I had them price match. Then I gave them the $5.00 off target coupon and then handed them the Disney coupon. I lady wasn't sure about being able to use two coupons but I pointed out that nowhere on either coupon does it state that it cannot be combined with another different coupon. So at that point she said ok and scanned everything and I got the Disney Blu-ray/DVD combo pack for $1.99! Woo Hoo! So just FYI, if they try and give you a hard time make sure that you point out that according to the fine print you are allowed.

Apparently Basic Instinct and Total Recall can be had for $5? If you've seen these titles at a target in Mass, please post the location! The "store finder" on the target site is complete bs.

I've price-matched at 2-3 different Targets in the last week or so and all were up at the CS desk.

Got Terminator Salvation for $11.99 today.

Just picked up Fight Club for $11.99 plus tax. The guy in electronics scanned it and it came up $19.99 and he said that is a great price. After handing him the $5 Target coupon and the $3 Manufacturere coupon and he said $12.89, I said " NOW THAT IS A GREAT PRICE."

I pricematched for the first time today. It was not a pleasant experience, but the end result was OK. I wanted to do 3 pricematches, and of course 3 coupons, so needed 3 separate transactions. Plus I had some coupons for other items I was purchasing. But the cashier got all flustered, and screwed up. She forgot to do one of the pricematches, and forgot to scan one of the coupons on a different receipt. She just gave me 5 bucks cash for the coupon mistake, and 3.15 for the pricematch mistake. Funny that she gave me tax back for one, but not the other. So I lost 26 cents from her mistake, but I'm satisfied...

I forgot to get that one. Darn it! Back to Target tonight...

Today I was directed to Guest Services when I picked up the TinkerBell BD. I got it for less than $3 (BB price match, $10 manufacturer's coupon, and $5 Target coupon).

PM'd with Best Buy ad:

Terminator Salvation, Harry Potter 6, and Office Space for $36 (including tax).

That's why I don't do more than one movie/coupon at a time.

Based on going to 5 different Targets in the last couple weeks and looking carefully, in my area at least Target only carries the following from the above list:
Transporter
Napoleon Dynamite
Transporter 2
Behind Enemy Lines
Point Break

On top of that, these 5 are already $9.99 at Target, so a whopping $1 savings. It would've been nice to be able to get some of the others on the list for $3.99. Has anyone found any of the other BRs at their Targets (mainly just curiosity if Targets in other states carry different titles)?

But if you buy all 5, then you would get another for free!

Just hit my local Target (Ft. Smith Arkansas) for G-Force, Usual Suspects, Ninth Gate and Bullitt. Had Wal-Mart ad with G-Force at $19.97, price matched at customer service desk, then used $10 manufacturer's coupon and then $5 Target coupon. CSR then scanned the other 3 Blu Rays, then took my other 3 $5 Target coupons and scanned them one at a time. She then started to scan the first $5 Target coupon again, but I couldn't stand it and asked her to stop. Out the door with all 4 Blu Rays, $19.94 plus tax. CSR, "That's a pretty good deal." She forgot to swipe the Blu Rays and as I walked out the store, the alarm went off... I paused and turned around but not one Target employee even looked up, so I kept going.

Talk about a really mixed result -- picked up G-Force, Donnie Darko, and The Kingdom for about $27 (I have got to quit going in for "just one movie"). Took the Walmart ad up to the customer service desk where they price matched G-Force and deducted each coupon ($10, $5, $5, & $5) without batting an eye. (I forgot to print another $10 Tinkerbell coupon before I left so I didn't pick it up.)

I then asked about matching a few that I had already purchased (Terminator: Salvation and Monsters vs. Aliens). She told me that if I price matched then I couldn't use the $5 coupons. I started to point out that she had just done it, but didn't want to push it.

I went to do a price match earlier in the week and they told me I had to go to guest services. It was late and I didn't have time to wait in that line. Went back the next day around noon and they did a price match at the register no problem. I think a lot of it depends on what time you go, and if the person working the register wants to do a price match or not.

4.99 for Point Break. Awesome

Anyone know what Something Something Something Darkside BD will be priced at Target?

Is there another promotion I missed of B5G1F at Target? If so, when did it start and end? Do you need a coupon for it? I've been keeping up with this thread and sure don't remember seeing it.

No there is not a promotion of buy 5 get 1 free. He's basically saying if you save $1 on five dvds you can get another $5 dvd.

Its funny that they have different Price Match policies at different Targets, well actually not.

First Target would only price match from a weekly flyer, no special time ad (ie 3 day Best Buy ad)

Next Target had no problem with anything. Looked at the ad, override, all coupons, done.

Third Target would price match without the complete ad, had to have every fricking page. Whatever.

All in all I got almost everything I was looking for. Here looking for more coupons.
