15 titles to chose from, all Universal titles. I picked up Army of Darkness, King Kong, and Van Helsing for $21 total, after discount.

Like you said, there are only 15 titles to choose from... and 1 of them is unavailable! Too bad this list is so limited that I can't find anything I want that I don't already have on SD or HD-DVD.

If you buy the 3 Fast & Furious Blu-Rays, it'd be $11.99 each, but I already have them on HD-DVD. Van Helsing, Shaun of the Dead, and King Kong for $21.97 is a great deal, but again I've already got them on HD-DVD from those Inetvideo sales around $5 each. I can't justify the re-buys even at $7.33 each since the HD-DVD and Blu-Ray will look about the same.

This sale would be better if it was for ALL blu-ray titles..

Bingo! Everyone email them and complain they need more goddamn titles on the list. This is the same thing that pissed me off last year.

This sale is kind of crazy. Once I am able to pick out 3 titles that I'm interested in, there is no reason for me to not fill out the remaining 10 with 7 copies of King Kong since it'll only add another $7 to my total.

i got 10 titles for $47. i had to get 2 or 3 of some titles though, i will just trade them in.

10 for $52 - 6 of them i want. the other 4 i'll get $22 from wherehouse.com

I jumped on this for Pitch Black, Van Helsing & Friday Night Lights BD for $30.. damn good deal.

I'm just hoping that the prices on the three dont decrease, where I could have saved an additional 5 bucks or so, if I waited a few days.

It has already happened on Army of Darkness... bumped from $12.49 to $16.99. I wouldn't order it anyway (I watched it once on regular TV and found it totally stupid... not my kind of humor).

You can see that people are buying loads of King Kong and Van Helsing by the shipment date which went from in-stock to several weeks out within an hour or two. I hope by the time I trade I get mine that Wherehouse won't have dropped their price to squat being flooded by others doing the same because I only want 1 of each. I just couldn't justify buying more than 3 titles from this sale, even though they work out to only $7.99 or $9.99 each, because they would be re-buys. I can justify King Kong and Van Helsing if I can trade it to the Wherehouse and end up having paid $12 for both.

You can go out to Target(90 day return policy) and buy Van Helsing and King Kong now and do your Wherehouse/FYE trade-in before the market gets flooded. When your Amazon order arrives, simply return those to Target for a refund. A little extra leg work, but well worth it.

Meh. Have all on HD DVD and not really worth $10 to replace them with Blu-ray cases. Maybe if the selection was better I'd choice upgrade a few.

I have most of them on HDDVD also - I wanted to 'upgrade' a few of them, but even the $45 for 6 was too much considering all of the other recent sales (BB & Amazon + preorders). I just can't afford it!

There's not a single thing on that extensive list I'm remotely interested in.

Great, now I can get rid of some more HD-DVDs and get the better versions with lossless. (Plus get a tax writeoff, if the library will take em)
