I got a brand new sealed copy for a little over 11 bucks but I know what you're saying. I got a re-wrapped "new" Six Feet Under Complete Series from Amazon and not a seller. I think there is a chance of that happening from various online sellers like Amazon, DDDVD, and CH.

Took forever to order on their damn website. 6 titles for about $12 each isn't bad. And like another poster said, I can wait till October for these to ship.

You really cannot compare these two shows with the second season of Terminator:TSCC to say that it too will also soon be $15 or under....
Both of those series are cable shows that have short seasons (10-15 episodes for Weeds, and 13 for Mad Men), and therefore use less discs (1, 2 or 3), making them cheaper....hell, Weeds is only a half hour show......T:TSSC S2 has 22 episodes and will come on 5 or 6 discs....
Also, both series you mention are released by a different studio (Lionsgate) that have taken a completely different (and better IMO) approach in pricing their Blu-ray TV series (same MSRP as the DVD).....T:TSCC is released by Warner, and they price their BD set at a $20 premium to their DVD equivalent....

Thank You for sharing these codes! I just ordered Fringe S1 BR, Terminator TSCC S2 BR, and Torchwood S2 BR. Also got in on the free Father's Day shipping, so... Grand total = $90.

I'm hoping so because Torchwood S2 BR comes out in July, and I'd hate to have to wait for it until Sept. when the other 2 are released. But... The checkout page listed something like "send all items in one shipment" by default. There was a clickable link that offered the option to "change" that, but it wouldn't change. I suspect I'll be getting them all together in Sept...

I'm curious about that too. I hope they can be reused. My wallet hopes that can't.

I don't think the codes can be used again with the same account/email. I tried and was unable so I just opened new accounts for each order by using a new email.

That was my order also. Loved the first season of Fringe, and currently about 1/2 way through Torchwood Season 1 on HD DVD. Here good things about TSCC picked up Season 1 cheap on BR so I'll get around to that at some point.

Judging from the comments WB Shop doesn't charge until the first item ships correct? Then is it the full amount or individual as they ship? I set up a WB account a while back but never ordered anything until now.

With the WBShop, do they seriously charge you right when you place the order? My card has the pending charge on it...will that fall off?

You may be right, but I have a feeling it will be priced low fairly soon. Canceled show, falling blu prices, etc.

Also, I seem to remember the SD vs BD prices for season one of TSCC being closer in price than $20.

I wasn't saying that $30 for a TV blu set isn't a good price (especially for release day). I was just pointing out that many of these TV shows can be picked up cheap if you're willing to wait.

I agree with Trevor. I expect some low sale prices on these TV sets. Probably during the holiday shopping season.

Personally, I just watched these shows on TV, and I'm not in any rush to see them again.

And for the record, my $15 Smallville S8 was brand new. I know some people have complained about receiving reshrinkwrapped products. But I've never had that problem. And if it did happen, I'm fairly certain it would be covered by Amazon's guarantee.

How good is WB with street-date deliveries? Might order Watchmen if so.

At the Warner Bros. shop, using the codes 783A42xp (b2g1 free) and XB692 (25% off), ordered: Risky Business, Poltergeist, History of Violence, Deliverance, True Romance, Lost Boys, Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves, Wedding Crashers and Blow for $111.96 ($12.44 each.)

If you read the FAQ you will see that's just an auth charge and will fall off. Card won't be charged until shipping.

Darn, I recently placed a B2G1F order with the standard 20% off. Part of my order already shipped, so it's too late. :(
I had tried to stack the 30% coupon but it didn't work. It never occurred to me to try the 25% one. Oh well...

Season 1 was a strike-shortened 9 episode season, and only required a three disc release...the MSRP was only $10 more for the BD version in that instance....
Warner's regular pricing policy on regular length seasons (for example: Supernatural S4, Fringe S1, T:TSSC S2, etc.) is a $20 premium in MSRP for the BD version....

Even though my order won't ship until September, I have already received $3.60 from eb*tes.:)

Stacking the codes at WBShop, I just picked up the following Blus: John Adams, Sopranos Season 6 P1 and Sopranos Season 6 P2 for $30 each, and Contact, Poltergeist and True Romance for $12.67 each (used e bates also, so should get a few more bucks back). Not bad--thanks for the heads up.

I think Fringe and Torchwood are both awesome shows. I still need to order the Torchwood S3 (Children of Earth). I believe there's a WB 30% + a free shipping code I've yet to use. Anyone know if those two can be stacked?
T:SCC S1 was far better than S2. Then again, S2 had Shirley Manson...

Same here. That's the next Blu box pre-order on my want list.
EDIT: Add The Mentalist S1 to that list. :)

i just got an email from WB saying that gone with the wind (64.99) and lord of the rings (theatrical 69.99) are up for preorder now. i wonder if those along with wizard of oz might be cheap enough with these codes to sway me?

The 25% off coupon still doesn't work on Wizard of Oz for some reason, but the Buy 2 Get 1 does, so the final price is $117 for the three movies you've listed. If they can get the coupon working on Oz, it will bring the price down to $101 which is pretty good.

Is anyone having issues with their WBSHop orders not showing up? I placed the order, had my card hit with the temp charge, but never received a confirmation email for the order, and when I log in on the website, it states...

You did not order in our store yet.
Can anyone help?

You pretty much have to call the wbshop to see if it went through. My order shows in my account.

Only a nice power grid shutdown would help them.

Yeah, once again, that's WB for yah. I can't even get an account signed up. The pages go nowhere. And their CONTACT US email form doesn't work, either. What a fucking joke. I'll be calling them and letting them know what I think. But like that helps as I've bitched them out several times for inferior practices with their website order handlings and shipping logistics.
