Damn, I've been buying like crazy lately....

Superbad & Pinapple Express - $30 from Target (B1G1)
I Love You, Man & Zack and Miri - $15 from Amazon (won a $25 GC at work)
9 movies from Warner - $66 (crazy stacking coupons)
Pride and Glory & 9 HD-DVD's - $45 (Amazon deals)

Damn, 14 new BD's and 9 new HD-DVD's in a little under a week. Plus a few weeks before I had just gotten Watchmen, Casino Royale and Ghostbusters.

Thanks. Ordered it with another two blu-rays, and got it free.

Very good. Imagine a Hitchcock-style thriller revolving around narcotics with Brad Anderson's style of dialogue and camerawork -- more Session 9 than The Machinist. Replay value is a little questionable, but for $10 it's worth a blind shot. :)

Another titles I've had in my wishlist for a while is War Inc., which I've noticed is $9.99 as well. Anyone see this? Is it worth a blind buy?

Depends on much it is to rent a BD where you live. I thought it was adequate, but not good. Worth a rental.

I bought it and no longer own it because I didn't think I'd watch it again. However, I didn't pay $9.99 for it either.

Interesting way of justifying it, but I just can't count the bonus disc in the price. Bonus features should always be free IMO...

I just found this for $39.99 (a bit pricy for one movie, but it should drop)

It was an entertaining movie but not one I would have any interest in owning, probably not even for $10. The one time rental was enough for me. If I was at someone's house and they put it in, I would watch it again without complaint however I don't think I'd put it back in my queue.

Personally, I RedBoxed it with a free Monday rental code a couple months back and I felt cheated. There might have been a few amusing bits, but overall I thought it was awful.

But that's me.

Oof. Of the five people I know who have watched it, none of us could finish it.

Is the Amazon sale over? Because all the blu-ray titles in my cart just dropped back down $5.

Yep. Everything dropped back down to normal price, and some stuff even more. Taken is down to $13.99 again.

Superman Returns is $9.99 shipped on Buy.com. However, it's not the TrueHD version. Good price if you don't care about the audio.

Don't know if anyone still cares about HD-DVD deals, but the store Five Below has more combo DVD/HD-DVDs for $5. I only saw four titles: 300, Music and Lyrics, Ocean's Thirteen and Harry Potter Order of the Phoenix. All four are also listed on red2blu.com.

Enter the Dragon is back down to $9.99 on Amazon, for those who missed it last time.
