That's a great deal for The Omen Collection. I might have to bite on that.

Any confirmation is this set has the same cruddy packaging as the R1 release?

Also to anyone who went in on Amazon's Dexter Blu-Ray deal (like myself), it looks like S1 is now back-ordered. Annoyed I have to wait, as I'm excited to see this show in HD.

Thanks for posting, did the same and also used their $5 off any Blu-Ray coupon (expiring tomorrow!), bringing it down to $12.99. What a steal. :p

They also have Last Chance Harvey (priced at $24.99) with a $5 instant rebate through 05/17. It's also elligible for that $5 coupon from the quarterly Journal, so $14.99 after rebate and coupon.

This is strange. When you search for "Omen" the results page shows it at 12.77 but when you click on it to take you to the disk page it then comes up 39.98.

Really screwed up.

Got Omen UK today.

Really nice slip case (embossed) in a normal UK style Blu-ray case. My Day/Watch combo is the same way with a slip cover. Looks like I may import 28 Days/weeks later. Really slick.

Not necessarily always a guaranteed bargain, but there is a mispriced sign up for the 7 disc Star Trek: Motion Picture Collection at Best Buy on their Star Trek specific standalone cardboard display that shows the set for only $69.99! This is very YMMV, but I reported on it here:

If you show them this, you might be able to grab the set for $10 less than Amazon (and $20 less than their actual sale price) like I did earlier today! I got my stuff today too and the Omen set does indeed look awesome. Way nicer than the U.S. packaging. Anyway, I may get the Day/Watch combo later. Is it region free? I already watched Mandy Lane, BTW, and it's pretty entertaining.

Yeah, its region free. 28 Days/Weeks later is in similar packaging along with Hills have Eyes 1/2 (though way more expensive).
