FUNimation on Crackle

FUNimation Entertainment has announced today that Crackle.com has successfully launched the FUNimation Collection powered by Animax, a new anime-centric streaming section on their network. Offering an extensive collection of anime content with curated updates, the FUNimation Collection on Crackle will ensure access to free streaming anime available via the Crackle site as well as on tablets, mobile and OTT devices.

While the FUNimation Collection is evolving, new FUNimation episodes and/or series will launch every Wednesday on Crackle. Additional information about the FUNimation collection on Crackle can be found at:

I know the winter season isn't over yet, but we had to just launch our spring season early!
So we're going to kick off things with our latest title: Hiiro No Kakera which will be joining our spring simulcast line up next week Monday!

Hiiro No Kakera will air Monday March 5, 2012 at 11 am PST and will be available in the following territories: U.S.A., Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Iceland, Netherlands, Brazil, and Portugal.

Crunchyroll continues to get a jump on the spring anime season with today’s announcement of Nyarko-san: Another Crawling Chaos.


As for distribution plans:

“Prior to simulcasting the new season, Crunchyroll will release the first five (5) episodes from season one (1) today at noon PST. The subsequent four (4) episodes will be available the following week until the completion of season two (2). More information can be found on www.crunchyroll.com/crawling.

After the final episodes of season two (2) have been broadcasted, Crunchyroll will begin simulcasting season three (3) on its site this April.”

Nyarko-san: Another Crawling Chaos will be available worldwide except for Asia.

We're announcing another title that has officially joined our spring 2012 lineup: Nyarko-san: Another Crawling Chaos! We already have season 1 & 2 which is launching at 2pm PST today! We'll release the first 5 episodes of season 1 and continue with 4 episodes/week until the completion of season 2. Nyarko-san: Another Crawling Chaos! season 3 will begin in April.

We are also excited to announce that for the first time ever, we'll be asking the fans to determine its official English spelling. More information to come so stay tuned!
