They told you to register again online? Your account number should have been automatically been converted/switched from the 11-digit to 9-digit number. You should still be able to log-in to your...

Perhaps Ch is reading this board ... lol. The 02 versus 20 DVDs typo has been corrected. ;-)

I don't know. It was just something I noticed ... I don't really use Firefox a lot (more at work than at home). My primary browser tends to be I.E.
