I always like Lethal Enforcer, but there was another game in which you were cops shooting down hordes of Anime type robots in a city. Anyone know the name of this game?

My all time favorite I think is Alien 3: The gun. You get to use the huge pulse rifle. Very cool and lots of fun w/branching storylines and whatnot. Plus, if you fire too much the gun will overheat and slowdown (also in T2), but still cool.
I like HotD, and some others like that, but this is my alltime favorite.
There was also an interesting one that used a sniper rifle -- very interesting to see the way they had it set up.

Anyways.....I'm surprised nobody else mentioned Lost World. That is by far the most intense, coolest light-gun game I've ever played.

What, did this change to best Namco game? O.K., I say Xevious.
But as far as the thread goes, I can't decide between Virtua Cop, Time Crisis, or HotD 2.
]Don't overlook Ridge Racer.

One level, you're in a helicopter above a football field, and some terrorists are running down the field with hostages, and you're forced to zoom in and knock out the hostages before they reach the other end, while being fired upon by people on the field and in the stands, and in a somewhat jerky helicopter.
'course what made it tough was that you'd only see the zoomed in version of view when you actually looked in the scope, so it would be easy to miss stuff going on around you -- ie. other enemies.
There were also some funky night vision missions and whatnot -- very nice graphics too.
