I just finished Rayman 2 last night (after a rather long hiatus from the game) and it was fantastic Easily one of the best platformers I've played.

Jet Grind Radio is also terrific; I have Shenmue, but have yet to play more than an hour into it....I think I might try Lunar 2, FF9, or Chrono Cross first (I have all these, but its hard finding time between work/college/DVD reviewing

3)NHL2K-lots of people didnt like this, but as a die hard fan, I enjoy any hockey games, and this one is pretty good

Look I love my Dreamcast, but you guys are seriously delusional. The PS2 is far superior. I am enjoying my PS2 quite a bit now and will still enjoy my Dreamcast as well.

I will also be first in line for the XBox when it comes out so don't call me a Sony Fanboy. I am simply saying that there is no way the Dreamcast is better than the PS2.

Just cause you don't have a system or can't afford it doesn't mean it sucks!!! You fanboys need to learn that!

No one ever said the PS2 sucks. But, hands down, the dreamcast is the best bang for the buck. There is no game on the PS2 that can not be matched for graphics or sound quality on the dreamcast. Plus, the PS2 doesn't even have 4 ports. You must buy an add-on adapter.

When was the last time you used the PS2 as a DVD player. It is total crap.

When the price comes down and "better" games come out we can talk.

My favorite 3 DC Games would be:

And here's my 2 cents on the Hardware debate. When the DC came out, it was the best next gen hardware system out there. And now that we have some second generation games coming out, it's showing it's true power. Whereas the PS2 is still in first generation and will look better as the developers get better at programming for it. However, with any technology, it will be replaced by newer and better, I've got my bet on the Gamecube or Xbox. But we won't know about them until they come out. In the meantime, I'll be enjoying all of my DC games that I can before they stop production.

PS2 has the ability to do a lot of damage. but you might ask it... "Hey little dog are you going to bark all day? Or are you going to bite?"

It has no big bang, nothing that just shoots out at you. Name a list of 10 classic games that the PS2 does perfect that no other system can do. Dreamcast has plenty. It is a system i play 90% more then ps2. why? PS2 has nothing along the lines that out tops Dreamcast. I still don't see Marvel vs. capcom 2 on there. Guilty Gear X.

Another Note. Look how simple it is for users of the dreamcast to interact with it. in the sense that they can modify it very simple. All you need to play imports or burn disc is a damn boot disc. it shows that it can be a tool if used right. Look at the classic sega genesis game packs going around that have 200+ games on them! thats a lot of "backwards" capacity if you ask me.

NBA2K1 is my most played game but I am a BB freak, your mileage may vary.

Oh man people make me laugh sometimes. You guys must be on some sh*t if you think Dreamcast is the better console out now. PS2 is far better than the Dreamcast. Its got some decent games out now and the titles that it has on the way are going to blow all the consoles out the game, even that X-Box. Ive got a Dreamcast and ive got some favs like Shenmue, Resident Evil:Code Veronica and Crazy Taxi but im really dissapointed in it. 65% of the games on Dreamcast are wack. Oh wow, it has four portals, so what, the games still suck!!! The four portals didnt save it from kicking the bucket like it will be doing soon, niethet did the modem, or even the cool revolutionary memory cards it has. All those cool things and its gonna spit out about 5-8 last good titles that are worth getting before it says bye bye. So dont even compare, PS2 to Dreamcast, cuz while Dreamcast joins the likes of gaming consoles recently deceased, PS2 will kicking major console butt.
