Digital Foundry just posted their console technical review.

Overall, there appear to be issues with the PS5 versions, but those may be fixed by the time the first patch is out.

The first was far too easy. Crafting armor and new weapons was pointless because you and your team could tear everything apart. I'll take a look when it's lower than $20.

I ended up playing the first hour or so. It plays well enough on my PC but I may have to tweak some settings to get a bit more out of it.

The opening storyline is… ok. Not too compelling… but the
Spoiler:
time jump after the first bit is good and it seems like it’s headed in a fun direction now.

I don’t intend to drop out of this one, but we’ll see what happens.

Wrapped this up today. A step up in gameplay from the first game but I found the main plotline pretty forgettable as were the characters. Ending it at 2 games makes sense since this world just doesn't have the grab that Fallout does.

I never got around to checking out the second one. Man that game had zero buzz. Heard almost nothing about it even though it was a Game Pass game and readily avaliable to many gamers. Maybe it came out at too busy a game time. If it came out like now I bet more people would have checked it out.

How long did it take for you to complete, Q?

It was around 45 hours and that was with doing most of the side content.
