I've done it several times. It opens up a larger area, giving you over an hour of extra playtime. There's new monsters to fight, gear to unlock, and you can even upgrade Eve's health and attack abilities.

However, be sure to not solve a puzzle that summons a monorail. There is a sliding door that should open once you do, but for some people the door randomly does not open. This happened to me and the reason it's a problem is that it forces you to ride the monorail. Riding said monorail triggers an incomplete cut scene that crashes the demo. But summoning the monorail also auto saves the game. Meaning you are stuck there. Instead, do everything you can with the exception of said puzzle, and once you're done, fight the boss on the car park roof to trigger the final save you will carry over to the full game.

I went through the glitch again and almost have Eve exactly as I had her before. However, much to my irritation, I can't seem to find the one omnibolt I need to upgrade her gear slot. I did it last time, but can't seem to figure it out now. I've been combing all areas of the map, even finding shortcuts I missed the first time. But that omnibolt still eludes me.

Just keep in mind that it may take several tries to get it to work. Heck, one time I got the monster to blink into the locked area instead of me.

As I said, it may take several tries. It's not exactly easy to pull off, but it is doable. Just try to back the monster as far against the wall as you can, keeping the beam nearest the gate to your right.

Cool . Glad to hear it turned out well. Still not interested in the game for myself, but who knows, maybe at a Black Friday sale if it gets cheap enough.

If you're interested in playing this game, steer clear of YouTube. People are already posting spoiler videos. I just stumbled on one whose screenshot and title are a major spoiler (that confirmed a story beat I admittedly suspected). What's worse is that the thumbnail was designed in such a way to fool you into thinking it's an official PlayStation video.

So, if your demo stats carry over to full game, once it’s ported over, do we still need demo in library or can delete?

As far as I understand, the PS5 (much like the PS4) keeps game saves separate from the games themselves. Just beat Abaddon in the demo and let the sizzle reel play until your taken back to the main menu. Then you can delete the demo. When you boot up the full game, it asks you if you want to carry over your demo save. The game then takes you to the camp before the Abaddon fight, so you can fight him again and keep playing with all your demo grind intact.

Having lots of fun with this game. It's a shame the story is told so awkwardly


and the main cast's motivation for working together seems rather slapped together, but the actual gameplay (both the combat and the exploration) makes for an enjoyable experience. Heck, I hate collect-a-thons but I also find pleasure in finding all the cans scattered throughout the game (of course, Eve's over-the-top way of showing she found a can is large part of what makes it fun).

That being said, a lot of the NPC conversations are awkward as hell. There's little logic to how conversations progress, reminding me of this scene.

Also, I forgot the Japanese dub is exclusive to the Japanese release. Odd, since you'd assume the Korean release would be the one featuring an exclusive dub.
