Re: What Are You Playing? (August 2023)
I started playing playing Pubg on PS5 a few days ago because of the SF6 collab and am now SUPER hooked.
This is nothing like the game I remember trying back in 2018. It plays so good now and is the most fun I have had gaming in as long as I can remember.

Re: What Are You Playing? (August 2023)
I'm hoping to not have any new games until late-ish October (Spidey 2 and Super Mario Wonder!), which should let me knock out at least some of my backlog, even with my schedule being kind of a nightmare for the next few months. I'll probably go for Bayonetta Origins after this, assuming I'm finished with FF16 this month.
Still on a second playthrough of The Quarry with my wife, with Goat Simulator 3 or Pikmin 4 as our next couch co-op game after that. She's also really excited about Venba, which I just downloaded for her from Game Pass.

Just wrapped up Venba. Short and sweet took me about 50 minutes to play through. Been playing Disney Illusion Island co-op with my wife and then also am about to start Bayonetta Origins.

Still maining Speedstorm and I have Pikmin to when I can sit for a while which isn't often and then I have Baldur's Gate 3 which will be my second main. I've never played BG before and I'm totally in love with it.

Since we kinda tapped out What the Dub?, we finally bought Rifftrax: The Game. Very nice to have a big stack of new clips.

Just started playing Forspoken which I picked up for under $20 last month. I'm about 6 or so hours in and it's great so far. Also looks fantastic on PS5.

I stopped playing Infamous 2 for now and started Death’s Door and Shadow Tactics.
Shadow Tactics is hard but man I love the RTS style and the storyline. I might pick up Desperados III from the same developer.
Death’s Door is very engaging and addictive. It’s a pleasant surprise for me.

Was playing Ratchet & Clank: A Rift Apart. Was kinda getting annoyed at not knowing where to go sometimes or what to do. Tomorrow might start up Quake II on Xbox.

I finished Kingdom 80's. I started Horizon Forbidden West. I also just now realized that I never finished God of War. I'm going to have to go back to that one soon.

Well, today’s been pretty productive! I finished Final Fantasy XVI (finished all side quests, cleared out the hunt board, got the best sword/armor, my loadout was fully mastered) before nodding off in the wee hours, and this afternoon, my wife and I finished our everyone-lives run of The Quarry.
