Saw the demo of this - looks pretty good - HEAVILY utilizes the stasis from the dead space games. Creatures look creepy and don't look easy to kill.

Digital deluxe versions are such a waste. Unless you get the season pass it’s usually just gear you’ll replace fast.

Loved all 3. Already preordered the remake of Dead Space. The digital deluxe does come with season pass. I don’t care about character skins or shit like that.

It’s totally a spiritual successor to Dead Space. If I get this, not sure Dead Space remake would appeal to me. They didn’t even change the item pick ups pop up. The stomping. Similar sounds. I mean maybe this is either next level or Dead Space leftovers remains to be seen, but this preview almost makes me want to preorder…

I'm turning into a big chicken-shit when it comes to these games lol. I have to mentally prepare myself any time I jump into a dead space, resident evil, or outlast game. But I love it, I absolutely love being scared and creeped out - these devs do amazing things with these games. Can't wait to play this.

You're certainly entitled to be looking forward to it. But I would like NEVER buy a new IP game without any reviews. Too much to potentially go wrong in a game's development to just "assume" it will be good and worth a purchase. Plus this isn't like Call of Duty Battlefield that isn't going to be readily apparent if it works or not until it launches and has a huge online community. Those sorts of games really don't need or even accurately reflect their quality in a review. There is ZERO reason to embargo this game until after it launches. That would give me great pause if I were considering it (I'm not, not a fan of horror games),
