I was taken instantly by first one. It was just everything I loved about videogames. It kept me hooked, compelled to play at all costs. Just one of those games that has a little bit of everything and I mean that in the best way. It met the hype and then some. I can truly see why this series is so revered. I can’t wait to get to Ragnarok.

Disappointed that we finally get God of War DLC and it ends up being a roguelite combat arena with minimal story elements. I was hoping for something more story focused but I'll give it a shot.

The fact that it's free and comes out next week with no hype makes me even more sure it's not going to be what I was hoping. When there were talks of DLC and it coming over a year after the release of the game I was expecting something more in the lines of the Horizon DLC's.

Well, from what I've seen, it adds a new ending that builds off the ending of the main game. Also, it seems there are other story bonuses, but I dunno how extensive they are.

I was going to give the DLC a shot since I finished my other 2023 games and then realized I sold off my copy after beating it since I didn't expect any DLC. I'll have to wait until it goes on sale for cheap or comes to PS+.
