This is a really good game. I've been slowly working my way through it. Every boss fight seems to take an exceptionally long time for me to beat and I seem to put it down for a while. But it's just such a well made game with so many fun elements. Easily my GOTY for 2023, even if I haven't beaten it yet.

So the bosses are no longer the pushovers they are in the first game? I didn't mind the lack of challenge (the cinematic spectacle made up for that), but it was weird.

Yeah, they’ve very different here than in the previous games. Long, drawn out multi-stage battles. Thankfully there are checkpoints between stages, but it still takes a while, at least for me.

Good to know. I guess I'll have my work cut out for me when I get around to it.

Funny how, when I was young, super long boss battles would thrill me. Now I view them as busy work if they take too long.

Ok, I just finished the game. After I purchased the ability to see tool chests on the mini-map, I started chasing those, even when I was in the endgame.

Then after the final battle, I chased bird drones and spider-bots till I was at 98%… and with the dumb school drone chase sitting there left to do. Even though I had upgraded all my traversal skills, I still needed several tries, and swore I touched the ground when I was finally successful, but I’m not complaining.

Yeah, I don’t remember the last time I 100%ed anything, and if there were achievements like “do this 100 times,” I must have hit them just by luck. I remember in the first game there was stuff like “drop x number of miles” so I would jump off Avengers Tower just for the mileage.

Anyway, fun game. I don’t really have a desire for New Game+ or new suits, but more story missions would interest me.
