Agree with Decker... I love me some golf but they gotta step way up from the last offering.

I would really love to see this game due well because I was a huge fan of the Tiger Woods Series from EA. I'm going to wait for the reviews to come out before I buy it.

That looks pretty cool but the micro transactions that pretty much ruined NBA2K for me seem pretty front-and-Center here as well. Hope it’s only cosmetic stuff, but I doubt that.

It looks like only 12 golfers will be on the roster. I'm still on the fence on this one.

Day 1 for me. I still fire up the EA game with Rory (don't recall how many years old it is now) fairly often.

This is the next version of the game formerly known as The Golf Club 2019, which had some pretty wonky swing controls. Putting was especially bad. I'm not sure if they're changing the swing controls for this release or not, but you might want to try a demo first if possible.

The Golf Club 2019 on Xbox Game Pass is obviously being used to bolster pre-orders for this game but instead it has pretty much spoiled me on upgrading any time soon since I'm playing the crap out of it for free. I might end up getting 2K21 for the Switch though as I'm jonesing for a good portable golf game.

Those golfer models are some of the worst graphics I've seen for last gen, let alone this gen. I can't see this being $20 considering how few "pros" they have and only 15 courses. But that said, I'm sure 2K will allow you to buy many, many more players and courses later.

Any impressions on this yet?

I've only had a chance to play 4 rounds so far but I'm enjoying it. I'm still not great a the swing timing; need to figure out what I'm doing wrong. Either that or your My Character starts so bad you need to swing perfectly to get a decent shot. The graphics and presentation are very well done.

Tiger just signed with 2K, making him once again the face of video game golf.

Looking forward to Tiger signing on for Burnout Revenge 2021.
