If they do port it to PS5, I would hope they'd bundle it with a port or remaster of the first game.

EDIT: Didn't realize Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice was released on PS4. I thought it was an Xbox exclusive.

TF kind of game did you all get me into I've only played about ten minutes so far to get to a save spot. I knew what it was about going in but you're still not ready for the experience.

Edit: I almost gave up
Spoiler:
going across that bridge because I hate platforming and stealth and if I knew there was platforming going in, I wouldn't have started it.

But I died a bunch of times and passed it on like the 20th time.

If you're not a fan of stealth, don't fret. I don't recall much of that in the game. There are slow and deliberately paced sequences to maximize tension (and jump scares), but that's different than stealth, IMO. Also not much platforming, so I don't recall which section you're referring to.

One other thing, if you're an achievement/trophy hunter, you get one crack at it unless you want to play the entire game again so explore well, there's no replaying levels.

Ninja Theory was [mostly] a Sony developer until MS bought them a couple years ago. All their games were Sony exclusive except for Enslaved. Hellblade 2 is their first MS offering since being bought. The original Hellblade was a PS exclusive until MS bought them and put it on Gamepass.

03:00 Central is painful, but I guess that's how these global release times go. I'll load it up on my PC and play it the next day.

wow! the beginning is so brutal, so realistic in motion and look. definitely grim so far, but just at the very beginning. just some minor frustration with no map and knowing where to go. so far so great...

This is pretty much what I’m expecting. Can’t wait to play through it, but this series is, above all else, more akin to an “art” game or experience than a traditional game. Anyone expecting something else will surely come away disappointed.

No disc, no sale. "You'll own nothing and be happy" doesn't apply to me...............................but of course if this game and Alan Wake 2 ever hits the $4.99 price tag, I'll buy them digitally only.

I really wish Limited Run Games or iam8bit would make a deal to release physical copies of Alan Wake 2 and Hellblade II.
