Do you sit, stand, lay or other?

i for some reason prefer to stand and play. i don't know why exactly, but i guess it gives me the freedom to move and experience the gameplay better or some shit like that. plus, i can see the tv better.

do you have one of those chairs, a game room or something like that?

Basically, how do you feel comfortable while playing?

I sit on my couch, can't really imagine doing it any other way.

For the longest time, I sat on the floor, because that's the way I did it as a kid and I was used to being tethered to the console. Now that I'm 2 generations in with wireless controllers and big screen TV's, the couch is the way to go.

I like to stay in a tight crouching position.

Kneel

Strictly bowing on my knees. It is hard to see the TV though.

Lately, I choose the fetal position, naked, on my side, facing away from the screen (I use a set of mirrors to look through so the image still appears correct)

Sitting on the couch or in a chair depending on whether I'm playing on my notebook or desktop.

Squatting over the toilet.

I usually sit down on the couch, feet usually up or slightly to the side. Every once in a while, I've tried standing and it can be interesting, especially with a FPS, but it's definitely not my default. I think that's why I've stopped at a standing game cue at Target, etc. maybe once or twice, ever.

In the nude with my feet

I sit or lay on the couch depending what room I'm in. The main room with my Xbox One I'm usually laying on the couch due to the position of the tv and where the couch is. When I play my Retron or PS2 I'm normally sitting up on the couch because its positioned that way.

Or if it is a crappy game

I usually either sit on the floor, or stretching out in bed, depending on the game or my mood.

I'd like to play in my bed in laying position.

I play hanging upside down like Michael Keaton in Batman.

I only play with at least two other friends while simultaneously playing the improv game Sit, Stand, or Bend.

Sitting on the couch.

Sitting or squatting. I do a lot of squatting with idle activities since I tend to take frequent breaks to alternate between different household tasks.

Incidentally, most of my gaming involves handhelds. I can't say I care for online gaming, or games that require hours of incessant grinding or farming. I just can't see myself glued to a TV or computer display for such lengths of time.

My most frequently used hardware is my trusty old Game Boy Pocket.

Sitting or laying on a couch for console games/handhelds, in a chair for most computer games, or standing and flailing like an idiot for VR games.
