Zombi (without the "U"; 8/18/15 on PS4, XB1, PC)
Ubi's Wii U launch title is being released digitally on PS4, Xbox One, and PC on August 18th. Obviously has a different inventory management system -- the Wii U version used the gamepad for all that -- but otherwise looks like a pretty straight port rather than a "remaster".

Wasn't the backpack / gamepad combo one of the main reasons the game was fun and intense? I can't see it having the same effect without it. Kinda like Rayman Legends.

I liked Rayman Legends better without the Wii U controls, they were more a distraction to me than an addition.
Zombi U definitely was more immersive with the Wii U controller, but the atmosphere was pretty solid even without it.

Same here. I 100% completed it on Wii U and PS4 and much prefer the dualshock 4 controller to play it. I only played a couple hours of Zombi U (didn't care for it) but it didn't seem like the gamepad functionality was some crucial part of the experience.

It says "Scarier than Ever!". I assume that means updated or improved graphics (unless they think tapping the Dual Shock 4's touch pad is an inherently terrifying experience).

From what I've read...
The inventory covers most of the screen and does not pause the game.
They've added a couple of new melee weapons.
They've gotten rid of the 2-player mode.

I know this has a cult following, but I honestly could not get into it when I tried it out.....I can't imagine this is going to do well....

Wouldn't be surprised if it's 1080p60 instead of 720p30, but the geometry and textures in the trailer still look pretty last gen-ish.
