Looks like Amazon is matching the base prices listed above.

Yes, they are but the difference with GCU stacked on top is better for me despite paying taxes at Best Buy and not on Amazon.

Sure. Just posting as general info for those without GCU.

Re: LEGO Dimensions (Multi-Console, 9/27/2015)

I love this game, but it frustrates me.

I played through the Portal level (which was my first level pack, admittedly, and I haven't completed the main game yet). I didn't get the cameo that others mentioned in this thread so I must have done something wrong? And, after getting dumped into the Portal 'world' there are quests where I'm not entirely sure what to do. I blame myself (mostly) because I started the game MONTHS ago and only recently got around to setting it all up again after my move, so I don't remember all the tutorial-type stuff.

Anyway... I need more Level Packs.

Just a head's up. I just noticed WalMart has a bunch of their packs on sale on their website. While the fun pack prices are not all that great($8.72-$10.59), Scooby & Jurassic team packs are $9.96 and level packs are running from $14.96(Portal & Simpsons) to $19.96. I picked up the Jurassic team pack as I already own the Scooby pack. The price of those two team packs is a couple $$ cheaper than Best Buy's most recent sale including GCU. Also, Amazon has matched Jurassic World.

I'm glad they committed to adding a bunch of new/different properties.

That said, I wish they would have gone with something other than the Ghostbusters for the story pack. We already have a level/world for that (yes, it's the new Ghostbusters, but it's still probably pretty similar).

Wow, that's an impressive list of upcoming stuff. I wasn't really ever expecting to own a Lego Mr. T, or Lego David Hasslehoff for that matter,

I still have so much to get from the first phase but Goonies!!! A-Team!!! Gremlins!!! Etc Etc Etc!!!!

Powerpuff girls might be the only property I'm not excited about besides the new Ghostbusters but I don't count that one

So Best Buy just matched Target's sale on all existing sets. So 40% off and an additional 20% if you have GCU...

They are actually 50% off plus the GCU 20%.

I may need adult supervision. I figured this was the last hurrah on G1 before G2 hits next month. I bought everything I didn't already have. Not pictured: Ninjago Lloyd (free delivery next week) and Ninjago Jay (only at TRU?).

Re: LEGO Dimensions (Multi-Console, 9/27/2015)

I'm worse. I only recently got Lego Dimensions a month or so ago once it started getting cheap, and I just returned a boatload to Target because Best Buy surpassed their sale, with a huge BB shipment on the way. Earlier this week, Target.com erroneously discounted a bunch of preorders from the next wave and Amazon price matched so I have those coming too. How do you guys store this stuff, they seem too fragile to just leave out where my 3 year old will mix and match the bases.
