I think Before The Storm was a step down from the original game, but still pretty solid overall. Agreed about the bonus episode, although I think it's a damn good addition to the original game in the same way Rogue One was to Star Wars. (You're goddamn right I'm comparing Life is Strange to Star Wars )
It's too bad BTS didn't get the same attention as LIS... and LIS2 seems to be suffering the same fate, although it definitely has its vocal fanbase, which is good.
