Really good idea for Nintendo because this is going to sell huge. Now the only question mark is what will they try and sell it for. Knowing Nintendo I would not put it past them to sell it for $19.99 or something like Squaresoft does with their games.

I was a little surprised to see that this game wouldn't run on our iPad. It's an earlier retina model, so I wouldn't think it's that far behind on performance.

Really? The store just says iOS 8 or later, which goes all the way back to the iPad 2 so a retina iPad seems like it would work.

Gave it a shot, played the first level. It's fun, I'll probably buy it. Wish it was on Android instead though, guess i'll have to wait for that.

Definitely not endless. There are 24 levels, each with 3 degrees of progression.

Having fun with this so far. I'll surely get $10 worth of enjoyment out of it.

Getting the coins IMO is a lot more challenging than getting the three coins in each level of the console Mario games. Those you could accumulate through multiple passes, but in Run you have to get them all in one pass. The bubbles don't help much especially on the later coins since a lot of times you need enemies to jump on to get to them, and they're out of position by the time you can get back.

Pretty fun so far. I was scared this was going to be a freemium game. I was actually happy when I saw it was $10 to unlock the whole thing. Haven't put too much time into it yet but it'll be my new go-to time waster.

Starting to get frustrated already - wouldn't be a Mario game without it!

I'm getting all 5 coins for all three colors before I move on to the next level. Currently trying to get the hardest 5 coins for 2-2. You have to time jumps off bullets just right to get some of them. I had the feel for it and now it's gone and I can't get it back. Gotta step a way for a bit.

Tried the free levels but I'm just not big into iOS interpretations of other platform games. If it ever gets a discount I might grab it.

Played the first three levels and it's fun but I can see it getting frustrating (but then it is a Mario game so I guess that comes with the territory). Definitely a challenge to have to get all the pink coins in one run and not being able to turn around other than using the bubbles. I'll probably purchase the full game at some point.
