Last night was probably good to bump any Void stuff...with them doing those Invasion Missions I got a chance to do three...Orokin Reactor, 50,000 and 75,000 credits. I was able to jump in one Void mission after someone posted they needed three people...Tower I capture I think. If everyone was going to be busy tonight I was just going to post I had some Keys to burn. I picked two more up yesterday and have lost track of what I actually have.

Chess..funny you mentioned Frost Prime...I've got the BP for the Chassis and Helmet. I thought you had to do the normal character before doing a "Prime"? Also i'll re-arrange a certain weapon loadout for the "Void/Keys". I've got to centralize certain damage for that area...is it Puncture that's the best? I'll be on around 6:30 central I hope.

Yes, and you do get another reward every 5 minutes. Things do get absolutely batshit crazy by about the 20 minute point though, so you have to be a little bit careful.

You can almost always get in a void game if you watch the chat. That's why I've sold a few of my keys.

I don't have Mag or Frost, but I have both primes. Thinking back, Mag Prime is actually why I didn't pick Mag for my starter character.

I haven't really built specialized loadouts yet, but my Frost Prime is pretty well suited for the Void. I'm giving everybody energy with a maxed Energy Siphon aura, and I have the time and range extenders on my Snowglobe and Avalanche. I'm also rocking a reasonably well equipped Soma.

I also wanted to tell you that I built a Wyrm just to level it up. I'm looking forward to seeing what Dethcube does with that laser rifle.

You can mix and match weapons on the sentinels.

Dethcube with the shotgun is amusing and ensures you don't have to have two of every rifle mod, but Carrier with the machine gun is pointless because he doesn't "see" far enough.

I can't tell how much damage Wyrm is going to do, but I do like his secondary ability that stuns nearby enemies and knocks them to the floor. It's sort of like a mini Rhino Stomp.

Where can I get more weapons for the Sentinels? The Rifle for the Deathcube is ok but it causes a conflict in loadout when I have a rifle. I can use the Laser that came with Shade but wanted something a bit more.

Something else I might need a hand on...doing some of the boss battles. I've got in two lately but in both cases the "team" wasn't strong enough.....

I think all of the sentinels use rifles other than Carrier, and the only way to get Carrier's shotgun is to either buy or build Carrier. FWIW, he's a pretty good sentinel. When he isn't equipped, I really miss him collecting stuff for me. But he doesn't detect enemies at range, so he's less effective at doing longer range damage or acting as an enemy radar.

Ember: Same deal as Frost. Just go after Ember Prime if you think you're interested in playing her. But she honestly doesn't look all that appealing to me.

Ah. So you need to build the Sentinel to get a different weapon for another Sentinel to use? That makes sense because my list of weapons for the Dethcube only has his weapon.

Ember is okay for causing mass damage against Infected. It kind of sucks against Grineer though. It really needs to be potatoed though. Potatoed + power range increase/duration increase, makes it pretty amazing against Infected. I'm always tops of damage charts when I use it.

I probably need to be...schooled a bit on the Potato and Power range stuff. I'm only on my second Warframe and really haven't thought much of it plus it's not like I have a bunch of these "potatoes" laying around. See ya'll on tonight...

Potatoes simply double the number of points for mods available to the character or weapon you apply them to. Gold (Orokin Reactor) is for frames or sentinels and silver (Orokin Catalyst) is for weapons.

So for instance, if your Rhino is a level 20, and he has a potato applied, he'll have 40 points to spend on mods. Aura mods are additive on top of that, so he would have more if you have an aura card.

But potatoes are one of the things you get rarely, and they are permenantly attached, so be sure before applying them. I made mistakes early on, but the only recent potato uses for me have been on Frost Prime, Dethcube and Soma. I might buy a silver potato for Dethcube's gun, and I don't really know what I'm going to do with the gold one we got last night. It will probably go to Rhino, but I want to try out some other characters first.

Flash, thanks for the tip on the low level nightmare missions. They had a survival one up on Venus last night, and it was a very doable run with Frost...run to the next life support, set up a defensive shield, shoot like crazy, use avalanche when desperate, repeat. And it was only a 5 minute run, though I feel like I could have gotten to 10 with an organized squad. I got almost all of the corrupted mods, but not Hammer Shot which, of course, is the one I really want for my Soma build (Soma specifically is a critical hit weapon, has a high base crit rate). You'll hate to hear this, but I did one T1 run with some other friends last night, and they were looking for the Paris Prime part we kept getting. Guess what they got!

Please take a look at the nightmare mods here, and let me know if there's anything you'd be willing to trade for Hammer Shot. I'd also give you the first Hammer Shot I farm, because I'm going to keep doing the nightmare runs, and I'll give it back to you if I haven't gotten you one by the time you get a Soma at Rank 6.

Yep..I'll join in and give it a go. Just need to fine tune the weapon loadout and maximizing damage for the correct ememy. A good run and a real bummer after three keys getting the same thing. Guess I''ll do a bunch of defends in hopes of getting the Tower 1....are those defends the ones on Venus?

At the 8:30 mark he goes into that one room we were trying to figure out; the one with the waterfalls and room under the structure. He said the pressure plate is in the room we first jumped up on and "sometimes activates" the door below. There are some areas I didn't know and shows how to get up in hidden rooms (lots of wall runs) you cannot see below.

Got in a group which we took down Gen Sargas Ruk...he's a tough one...and got the Ember Helmet. I think I have six helmets, just not enough bodies.

Go figure, haha. Oh well, hopefully we'll get some more T1 Extermination keys and eventually I'll get it.

I'll take a look at that mod list and let you know. I'd be fine with just doing a trade and you giving me a Hammer Shot if I don't get another by then.

I don't think I got Vigor yet either, but at least now I can farm for two instead of one.

As long as there's a low level nightmare that's either survival or defense, I should be in business. I especially like survival, because of the defined timeframe, and I get through about 80% of the time (not including the zero shield ones that I skip). The other thing with survival is that only one person needs to make it to the end.

Appreciate the loan if I don't get it soon. Hopefully I won't need it. Will keep an eye out for Vigor.

Flash, I looked up the drop rates for Nightmare Mode, and I wouldn't feel right giving you Vigor for Hammer Shot.

(edit: actually, it wouldn't make a ton of sense, because I'd have to rank it up to make it worth equipping)

That mod is practically made for the Soma, because it's a multiplyer on Soma's already high base crit rate. Apparently, if you combine Hammer Shot with the normal crit booster mod on a Soma, pretty much every shot is a critical hit.

Side note: Have you guys messed around with the derilects keys?

I did get another T1 Exterm key, and will donate it to the cause. I felt a little bad because I didn't offer it up for the other guys I was playing with, but I'd rather see you get Frost Prime than see them get yet another weapon, and they are a more active group who pool their resources quite a bit more than we (or even GAF) do.

Holy shit, those drop rates are crazy low for Hammer Shot. I'll definitely loan it to you though, that's no problem. I'd like to use it with Sobek, but I can wait since I just got the Boltor and need to finish the Gorgon as well.

It shouldn't work with Sobek. Shotgun and Rifle mods are separated. And I think Boltor has a high base damage but a low base crit, so that would probably be a waste of points.

I think I got all of them last night except for Vigor, Blaze and Hammer Shot, and that was just in a couple of hours. I'll get it with some patience. Just hang on to it, because even if I took it, I'd have to farm you a new one after I put a bunch of resources in yours to level it up. The only upside is that it might make farming marginally easier.

Sobek is a shotgun. Like I said since I'm levelling Boltor and Gorgon still, I can do without the mod for a while. It's up to you.

Yep...came home for lunch and was going to move stuff around and saw it...got in three matches before heading back. Finish that when I get home and we can do whatever.

I don't know how others feel but adding these "invasion runs" are actually helping. Before doing any of them my average credit amount hovered around 170,000. It's now 470,000 and have picked up a Orokin Reactor, a O.R blueprint and will get this catalyst later on. Thumbs up on the Devs for adding this

Platinum is on sale right now. Discount gets better the more you spend. Looks like the $150 one is 50% off, not good enough for me though. I think I'll buy the 1000 plat pack for $37.49 once I get my cheap PSN cards from Sony on Friday. Still seems kind of expensive though.

Good one last night or at least on Chess's part. I "fumbled & fiddled" left & right. I still don't have a clue why I was without any power ups with the Rino. Not once but four times the load out had zero mods. I felt like a 3rd wheel...At least got some good players to jump in and carry me...good grief!

Some decent Nightmare mods...need to go thru again and organize especially after finishing playing I leveled the Rino, Galatine, Boltor and Dual Vipers all to 30. Just grabbed the Braton (non MK-1) and started cooking the throwing knives. Now to get another Warframe. I now have partial parts to Frost Prime, Mag Prime, Banshee, Trinity, Ember and now Nova....Thank you Chess for the last minute opening up access to Raptor. I'll probably try to latch on some tonight to get the rest of Nova parts not unless I find a Tower 1 group for that last Frost Prime part.

And yea...I saw the 20% off on the Platinum and I'm tempted. It may come in handy later on.
